Rep. Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., other Democratic lawmakers and former Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene targeted President Donald Trump while speaking out about inflation and the Iran war on Tuesday after the U.S. released new Consumer Price Index data.

“From the pump to the grocery store, the President’s reckless war of choice in Iran is hurting the American people. With inflation skyrocketing, working families are being forced to pay the price for Trump’s chaos — while he focuses on his billion-dollar ballroom,” Pelosi declared in a post on X.

Rep. Ro Khanna, D-Calif., asserted in a post, “Trump promised to bring prices down. Prices under his policies are up. Inflation is 3.8 now. It was 3.0 when he started. His betrayal of his base in launching a war in Iran has been an absolute disaster.”

Greene, a vociferous Trump critic who had previously been a staunch Trump ally, wrote, “Inflation is rising and gas is over $4.50 per gallon all because Trump went to war with Iran. Not at all what America voted for.”

The former House Republican departed from office in the middle of her two-year term earlier this year after a falling-out with the president.

The AAA national average price for regular gas is currently $4.504, which is below the record of $5.016 set in June of 2022 during President Joe Biden’s White House tenure.

Spencer Pratt’s alleged leaked messages reveal his antisemitism stance

NEWYou can now listen to Fox News articles!

Spencer Pratt‘s political campaign seems to be taking on the issue of antisemitism in alleged private messages shared on social media.

In the messages, shared on X, the former reality TV star appeared to accuse political leaders of playing “far too cute” with anti-Jewish rhetoric and vowed to crack down hard on antisemitic hate if he were in charge of Los Angeles.

The conversation started when someone asked Pratt, “Would truly like to know what you plan to do to keep Jewish people safe in LA and our Jewish children on LA campuses?”

Pratt appeared to respond with a lengthy message condemning antisemitism and blaming current leadership for enabling it.

“I’ve been horrified to see how the Jewish community has been vilified over the past few years and I will have ZERO tolerance for it,” Pratt allegedly wrote. “Antisemitism is a legitimate mind virus and a sign of a decaying society.”

In the messages, he appeared to take aim at current leadership, accusing politicians of tolerating antisemitic rhetoric because it became politically fashionable.

“Let’s be honest, this is a culture problem: the current leadership has played FAR too cute with anti-Semitic groups and tropes, that BS stops when I am mayor,” Pratt wrote in the alleged exchange. “I will never cower to social media trends or bullies. I don’t care how en vogue it is, I will never abandon my Jewish brothers and sisters.”

The messages come after Jewish communities across the country continue sounding alarms over rising antisemitic incidents, campus protests and escalating hostility following the Israel-Hamas war.

Pratt also appeared to outline what he claimed would be immediate action in Los Angeles, including increased police visibility around Jewish institutions.

“Protecting Jews begins with strong and unwavering leadership,” he continued in the messages. “As a practical matter, I will direct LAPD to ramp up patrols around synagogues and Chabad centers.”

Pratt also appeared to blast campus leadership over concerns about antisemitism directed at Jewish students and faculty.

I will be their worst nightmare if they don’t get in gear.”

Pratt also called on federal and local prosecutors to pursue more aggressive civil rights enforcement.

“I will also lean on DOJ and DA Hochman to aggressively pursue civil rights prosecutions,” he wrote in the alleged messages. “I don’t believe I’ve ever seen a group more in need of what our civil rights laws are designed for than Jews, today.”

Pratt concluded, “We’ve seen this movie before, and this crap ain’t happening on my watch. ‘Never again’ is right now.”

Russia’s show of power: Putin said on missile test – This is the most powerful in the world, efforts for nuclear modernization are intensified – Russian President Putin The World’s Most Powerful Sarmat Missile Test News In Hindi

0

Russian President Vladimir Putin has announced the successful test of a new intercontinental ballistic missile, further strengthening the country’s strategic nuclear power. Russia has made this show of strength at a time when Putin had recently hinted at an early end to the Ukraine war. Putin said the new Sarmat missile would be deployed for combat service by the end of this year. This missile will replace the old Voyevoda of the Soviet era.

Four times more strength than western countries
Putin has described this missile as the most powerful weapon in the world. He claimed that the power of the Sarmat’s warheads was four times greater than that of any Western missile. Putin has been continuously demonstrating his nuclear capability since sending troops to Ukraine in February 2022. Experts believe that this test is a big attempt to stop the help given to Ukraine by Western countries.

Shaitan-II capable of penetrating missile defense system
Known as Shaitan II in the West, this missile has a range of more than 35,000 kilometers. According to Putin, it is capable of sub-orbital flight. Its accuracy and firepower are much better than the old missiles. Russia has claimed that this missile can easily dodge any existing defense system of America. This missile is also capable of carrying hypersonic missiles like Avangard, which travel 27 times faster than the speed of sound.

New and dangerous nuclear arms race
The last nuclear weapons agreement between Russia and America expired in February this year. In such a situation, both the countries now have no legal restriction on the number of nuclear weapons. Apart from this, Putin has also announced that the Poseidon underwater drone and the Burevestnik cruise missile are in the final stages. Putin says that these steps have been taken in response to the American missile shield, so that the balance of strategic power is maintained in the world.

San Francisco Giants outfielders get torched online for bizarre celebration following win over Dodgers

Not a lot has been going right for the San Fransisco Giants this season.

They are a whopping seven games below .500 as of Tuesday afternoon and sit 7.5 games back of the now-division-leading San Diego Padres.

With all that in mind, we are still very early into the baseball season, and there’s still plenty of time to turn this ship around in the Bay Area.

All the Giants need is a little spark, something to get a midseason rally going, and starting off a four-game series with the hated Los Angeles Dodgers might be just what the doctor ordered.

After taking two of three from the Pittsburgh Pirates over the weekend, the Giants walked into Dodger Stadium Monday night and gave the scoreboard a workout, resulting in a 9-3 win over baseball’s wealthiest roster and, hopefully, starting a bit of a hot streak for San Fran as we inch closer to summer.

It’s safe to say the Giants were pretty stoked about the win, with their outfield celebrating in a manner that can only be described as “bizarre,” though I’m sure you can think of other words that are more apt and less workplace-friendly.

Umm, hey guys. I know you play in the Bay Area and all, but there might be such a thing as assimilating a little too well, don’t you think?

What you guys do in the privacy of your own locker room is your business alone, but let’s keep that confined to the clubhouse, okay?

ZERO BS. JUST DAKICH. TAKE THE DON’T @ ME PODCAST ON THE ROAD. DOWNLOAD NOW!

To be frank, I have no clue what the onus of this “celebration” is, nor do I think I want to know, but social media caught wind of this little outfield faux ménage à trois and dealt with it accordingly.

I mean, hey, whatever works!

Baseball is a sport steeped in superstition. Guys will go weeks without showering if it means they have a hitting streak going, so if the outfield dry-hump celebration gets the Giants closer to winning a pennant, more power to them.

And I’m sure this is exactly the kind of public display the people of San Francisco can get behind… no pun intended.

Arizona assessor says sheriff scolded her over Nancy Guthrie FBI tip

NEWYou can now listen to Fox News articles!

An Arizona county assessor says she was scolded by the sheriff overseeing the search for Nancy Guthrie after her office sent a tip about the case to the FBI, according to a new report.

Guthrie is the 84-year-old mother of “Today” co-host Savannah Guthrie. She is believed to have been abducted from her home in the Catalina Foothills neighborhood on Feb. 1.

The official, Suzanne Droubie, told the Arizona Republic that the sheriff scolded her after techs in her office, which is responsible for property records in Pima County, sent data to the FBI.

“It was inferred that we were creating a lot of additional work for the sheriff’s department, due to us providing this information to the FBI, and then them having the responsibility to follow up on all of those leads that were provided,” she told the paper.

She did not discuss specifics about the tip in the interview but said the FBI had requested information, which her staff provided. Then she had a tense conversation with the sheriff.

“It seemed like he was very stressed, very frustrated,” Droubie told the paper. “I wouldn’t categorize it as yelling, per se, as much as kind of scolding and expressing frustration with all of the leads he was receiving, their obligation to follow up on them, and that my office was, was actually being more harm than good by providing more leads that they just had to follow up with.”

A spokesperson for the Pima County Sheriff’s Department said she could not comment.

“We are not authorized to provide any information or comment regarding these claims,” she wrote in an email.

Last week, the sheriff and FBI Director Kash Patel traded barbs over each other’s handling of the case. There has been tension since early on, when the FBI wanted to send DNA evidence to its lab in Quantico and the sheriff sent it to a contracted lab in Florida instead.

Separately, the Pima County Board of Supervisors is expected to address concerns about unrelated allegations of perjury against Nanos at tonight’s meeting. Two supervisors, Dr. Matt Heinz and Steve Christy, told Fox News Digital last week they plan to move to vacate the sheriff’s office under a rarely invoked state law.

“I will make, second and/or support any motion or efforts to vacate,” Christy reiterated Tuesday morning, 100 days after Guthrie’s disappearance.
