A big program of DMK took place in Chennai. Workers from other parties joined DMK in this program. It was here that Stalin addressed the workers. Former Chief Minister Stalin said that the ruling TVK does not have the majority to run the government alone. 118 seats were required for majority in the elections. But TVK got only 108 seats. Stalin said that the public had not given the TVK the mandate to form the government alone. According to him, the public actually wanted a DMK government.

This can happen in three months or even in six months. He told the workers not to wait for five years. He has asked everyone to be fully prepared from now on.
