Shiv Kumar is a contractual worker in the health department. At around 6 pm on Sunday evening, he had gone for a walk to the nearby Rishi Ashram along with his five-year-old daughter Aarav alias Shani. While playing there, Aarav reached near the iron door installed in the courtyard, the gate along with the pillar overturned on the child.

An iron gate fell on a five-year-old boy who had gone to Rishi Ashram with his father on Sunday evening in Mohalla Khargjit Nagar of Mainpuri city of UP. By the time the father took the child out with the help of people, he had stopped breathing. The doctor declared the child dead in the district hospital. After which the family members went home with the dead body. After receiving the information, Kotwali police reached the spot and collected information.
