Blood soaked bodies of four children were found on a bed in a house in Meeranpur locality of Akbarpur at 3 o’clock on Saturday afternoon. The door of the house was locked from inside and the children’s mother was missing from the house.
It is being told that the wife of Niaz, a resident of Mahrua, lived in Meeranpur with her sons Shafiq, Saud, Umar and daughter Bayan. Niaz has been working in Saudi Arabia for the last several years and he also married a Pakistani woman there.
It is feared that the woman was stressed over this matter and she killed the children first by hitting them with a brick. After this she jumped from the balcony and ran away.
As soon as information about the incident was received, the police and forensic team reached the spot and are investigating the matter.
