After the start of Namo Bharat and Metro services, infrastructure in Meerut has also gained momentum. People’s interest in buying and selling properties has increased. Evidence of this has been found in the recent sale of 28 properties worth Rs 59 crore in the e-auction conducted by the Housing and Development Council. E-auction was conducted by Housing Development Council on February 19 for Transport Nagar, Madhavpuram, Shastri Nagar and Jagriti Vihar Expansion Scheme.
