Up: FIR registered against MLC Akshay Pratap Singh, court had given order on the application of Raja Bhaiya’s wife Bhanvi – Up: FIR Registered Against Mlc Akshay Pratap Singh; Court Issued Order Based On Petition By Raja Bhaiya’s Wife

An FIR has been registered against MLC Akshay Pratap Singh on charges of fraudulently taking over the company. On the application of Bhanvi, wife of Raghuraj Pratap Singh alias Raja Bhaiya, Special ACJM Alok Verma of MP MLA Court had on May 7 ordered Inspector Hazratganj to register a case against Akshay and some others and investigate.

In the application on behalf of Bhanvi, it was said that she along with Akshay Pratap Singh and others registered a partnership firm on 10 February 2014. Crores of rupees were invested in the firm. Movable and immovable assets worth more than Rs 5 crore were created in the name of the firm. These are in the possession of Akshay Pratap Singh.

It is alleged that Akshay Pratap and his associates created fake records by manipulating the registration records to grab the assets of the firm. In these, forged documents were created on 15 November 2020 by forging the signature of Bhanvi. The registration address of the firm was also changed to Akshay Pratap Singh’s private residence in Lucknow.

On the application, the special ACJM court had registered a case against Akshay Pratap Singh, Rohit Kumar Singh, Anil Singh and Ramdev Yadav and other accused and ordered investigation. Inspector Vikram Singh says that investigation is being done. Action will be taken on the basis of evidence.
