Shocking information has come to light about Raj Singh, arrested from Ayodhya in the murder case of Chandranath Rath, personal assistant of West Bengal Chief Minister Subhendu Adhikari.

He has also contested the councilor election. He also wanted to contest the election of block chief from Chilkahar in Ballia. A murder case is already pending against him. However, Raj’s mother has declared him innocent and has demanded a CBI investigation into the entire incident.

Three arrested from Ayodhya and Buxar in the murder of Shubhendu’s personal assistant.
Three accused have been arrested from Uttar Pradesh and Bihar in the murder case of Chandranath Rath, personal assistant to West Bengal Chief Minister Subhendu Adhikari. Kolkata Police has arrested Raj Singh, resident of Anand Nagar, Ballia, UP, from Ayodhya-Basti highway. Apart from this, his two associates Mayank Raj Mishra and Vicky Maurya have been arrested from Buxar, Bihar.
Raj Singh’s role in arranging shooters and providing resources for the murder has come to light. Bengal Police produced the three accused in the Barasat court of North 24 Parganas district on Monday. The court sent everyone on police remand for 13 days.

Chandranath was murdered in Madhyamgram on the night of 6 May in Kolkata. Kolkata Police had been scouring the districts of Bihar and Purvanchal of UP for the last five days in search of the murder accused.
