Now the entry of outsiders has been completely banned. The Education Department has issued clear instructions that now no outsider will be allowed to enter these campuses without permission.

According to the order issued by Verma, this rule will be implemented with immediate effect in all government girls schools and hostels of the state. In this regard, Directorate of Secondary Education, Bikaner has also sent instructions to all the divisional officers.
Entry will not be allowed without parental permission
Under the new rules, if any person comes to meet a student, he will first have to show written permission from the girl’s parents. Without this permission no one will be allowed to meet the student. Not only this, such people will not be allowed entry inside the school or hostel.
Apart from this, now the strictness on the entry of outsiders has been increased in KGB (Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya) and all other girls schools and hostels. If anyone needs to go inside, it will be mandatory for him to take written permission from the Principal, Headmistress or Superintendent. Without this permission no person will be able to enter the premises.
New rules made regarding inspection
The department has also made new rules regarding inspection. Now whenever any girls school or hostel is inspected, the presence of a female officer or female personnel will be necessary. Also, the inspecting officers will not be able to rest there for the night.
The Education Department says that all these decisions have been taken to strengthen the safety of girl students, improve the learning environment and maintain discipline in schools. This step of the government is being considered very important for the safety of girls. This will not only reduce external interference, but will also provide a safer and better environment to the girl students.
