In the Rajasthan Assembly on Thursday (February 12), Congress MLA from Fatehpur Hakam Ali alleged fraudulent sale of land worth Rs 1,100 crore donated for a cow shed. During this, he fiercely attacked the BJP government of the state. MLA Hakam Ali demanded strict action against the concerned officials. He said that today the land mafia is going to sell the land given by the then Raja Rao Rajendra Singh.
MLA attacked the government
Fatehpur MLA Hakam Ali attacked the government and said that BJP only accepts votes in the name of cow, but does nothing to protect it. He said that today preparations are being made to sell the cow shed land openly. But the government is completely silent.
He said that Sarva Samaj has been sitting on strike outside the SDM office for many days. The land documents of this cowshed were prepared in just two and a half hours. After all, on whose instigation has this happened? There should be an investigation into who are involved in this corruption.
He further said that if the government does not take immediate action on this, then not only Fatehpur but the nearby cow-sevaks and common people will take to the streets and create a massive public protest movement.
What is the whole matter?
In fact, in the year 1959, Rao Raja Rajendra Singh had issued the lease of the land he got with the help of Bhamashaho. Which was donated to the cow shelter. Later the matter of this land went to the court, where the court gave a stay on this land. Now suddenly the stay of this land was broken in a single day, the transfer of name was opened on the same day and the registration was done within a few hours.
After which this matter came into controversy, currently the officials are being accused of preparing the land documents fraudulently. Demonstration regarding this is going on outside the SDM office for the last several days.
