Network People Services Technologies Limited (NPST) has reported a strong Q4 & FY26 performance, reflecting continued momentum in India’s fast-growing digital payments ecosystem.

The company posted total income of ₹68.46 crore in Q4 FY26, marking a 19.75% QoQ growth, while net profit rose to ₹12.24 crore. EBITDA stood at ₹19.46 crore with margins remaining stable at 28.43%, underlining operational resilience alongside growth.

Investor confidence around NPST has also remained strong, with the stock surging nearly 15% ahead of the results announcement. The optimism has been further strengthened by Tata Group’s ₹300 crore investment in the company, reinforcing NPST’s strategic positioning and long-term growth potential in the fintech and digital banking space.

Notably, Q4 revenue grew sharply to ₹61.42 crore versus ₹26.30 crore in Q4 FY25, reflecting robust year-on-year expansion and increasing market traction.

JM Financial reported its highest ever annual consolidated PAT of Rs. 1,202 crore for FY26, YoY increase of 46%; Final dividend proposed at Rs. 1.75 per share.
