Pakistani Drone Over Loc: Pakistani drone hovers again in Poonch, Army opens fire – Pak Drone Enters Indian Side Along Loc In Jk’s Poonch, Army Opens Fire

In the early hours of Sunday, Indian Army soldiers opened fire to kill a Pakistani drone that had crossed the Line of Control (LoC) and entered the Indian border in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir. However, after hovering in Digwar area for some time, the drone returned towards Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK).

According to the information, this is the second time in the last three days that troops opened fire after detecting drone activity from across the border. Army soldiers spotted the enemy drone at around 6.10 am and fired more than a dozen rounds to bring it down. Despite this, the drone escaped the bullets and immediately returned towards Pakistan.

Following this incident, the Army has launched a massive search operation to ensure that no weapons or narcotics were airdropped by drones. On February 27 also, soldiers had fired on a Pakistani drone in the same area.
