How much power in Redmi 9 Prime? At first glance …

0

Xioami recently launched Redmi Note 9. However, the increase in GST rate and the impact of weak rupee has definitely been seen in the budget and mid-range market. If we look at the brothers and sisters before the Redmi Note 9, Redmi Note 9 should ideally start Rs 9,999 in the rupee. However, the company has launched this phone for Rs 11,999 due to the reasons mentioned above. In such a situation, customers with tight budget had no option but to pay for premium phones or see other brands. For this reason, the company has now launched Redmi 9 Prime, which starts at Rs 9,999 and comes with MediaTek Helio G80 chipset. Can Redmi 9 Prime give a good price according to its price? We got to spend some time with Redmi 9 Prime and here we are going to give our initial opinion about this phone.

Redmi 9 seems to be similar to the global model of Redmi 9 with the changed name. Redmi 9 prime would have a 6.53-inch full-HD+ display, which includes a notch at the top. Full-HD+ Resolution display is a major advantage for Redmi 9 Prime, as most competitions at this price are offering HD+ displays. The bezels around the panel are thick, but given this price, so much compromise is not bad. There is Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for protection in the display, which can protect the phone from light scratches in daily use.

Xiaomi has set all buttons on the right side of the device and it is easy to reach them. The SIM tray is on the left and has a option of two nano-sim slots and a dedicated microSD card slot. You also get an IR emitter on the top. The Redmi 9 Prime offers a USB Type-C port, primary microphone, speaker and 3.5mm headphone jack at the bottom.

Xiaomi Redmi 9 Prime It has a 5,020mAh battery. it Redmi Note 9 ,Review) And Redmi Note 9 Pro ,Review) There is the same capacity. We have reviewed the Note 9 series, so we hope that Prime batteries also get decent backups. However, the negative side is that the Redmi 9 Prime weighs 198 grams. You start noticeing it after using the phone for a while. Xiaomi says that Redmi 9 Prime is capable of 18W fast charging, but the company gives you 10W charger in the box. Given the capacity of the charger and battery coming together, we feel that the Redmi 9 Prime will take a long time to charge.

In the back panel Redmi 8 Like the texcharged finish. The camera on the upper rear is a circular patch around the module, which has a smooth finish. This design is largely Poco x2 The camera in which the camera is shiny finish around the module. Redmi 9 prime is available in four colors – Matte Black, Mint Green, Space Blue and Sunrise Flair. We have mats black variants.

Redmi 9 prime has a quad-camera setup at the back. Below them are capacitive fingerprint scanner. This setup reminded us of Redmi Note 8 Pro. In the setup of this phone, Xiaomi has given a 13-megapixel primary camera with 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle, 5-megapixel macro and 2-megapixel depth.

Xiaomi has chosen MediaTek Helio G80 chipset to power the Redmi 9 Prime. It is an octa-core chipset, with two Cortex-A75 core and six Cortex-A55 core. The smartphone is available in two variants – 4 GB RAM with 64 GB storage and 4 GB RAM with 128 GB storage. Their price is Rs 9,999 and Rs 11,999 respectively. We have high-end models.

Redmi

Xiaomi has launched the Redmi 9 Prime with MIUI 11. This custom skin is based on Android 10 and our unit was running Android security patch July 2020. There are already a lot of blotware installs, such as Getapps, which suggests installing several other apps during the initial setup process. However, even after rejecting the suggestions, we get installed installed in Rummy King, Zili, Mi Pay, Mi Credit, Amazon Shopping, Facebook, WPS Office and some games devices in advance. Although by the Government of India Any prohibited app It is not in this list.

The interface is very similar, which we have used on other Xiaomi smartphones and if you are upgrading from a phone of Xiaomi, you should not have any problem in using it. We will avoid commenting on its camera and performance at the moment until we try Redmi 9 Prime in our benchmark and in-depth testing. You will not have to wait much for a review of Redmi 9 Prime. Till then you stay with Gadgets 360 and Gadgets 360 Hindi.

Realme C11 Review in Hindi, Reality C11 review

0

Realme C11 smartphone comes as a solution to the problem of rising prices in the market. Its price is Rs 7,499 and fits below Realme C3. At this time, India’s budget smartphone segment has had the most impact due to increase in Kovid and GST rate. If your budget is less than Rs 10,000, then a difference of only 500 rupees can also change your decision.

Realme C3 ,Review) Ko Ko Ko at an initial price of Rs 6,999 earlier this year Launched Was, but now its price Rs 8,999 Is done Narzo 10A (Review) is very close, which Declared for Rs 8,499 in May Was done, but now after the price hike is being sold for Rs 8,999 and this price is just Rs 1,000 more than the new Reality C11. Due to all this, customers can get confused quite easily and we can make this confusion for you Realme c11 Have brought review of Here we have tested this phone in every way, so that it becomes easy for you to take a decision whether you should buy Reality C11 or not.

Realme C11 Price in India, Specifications

Realme C11 has been launched with only 2 GB RAM and 32 GB storage, priced at Rs 7,499. Reality has given a new MediaTek Helio G35 chipset in this phone, which is the budget processor of MediaTek’s gaming series. Apart from this, the new Realme C11 smartphone matches Realme C3 and Narzo 10A. In this, you get a very similar 6.5 inch (720×1600 pixels) HD+ display and 5000 mAh battery.

The primary rear camera has a 13 -megapixel sensor, while both other phones have a 12 -megapixel primary sensor. This seems to be a slight improvement, but the aperture falls from F/1.8 to f/2.2, which means that the new phone cannot take as much light in exposure as the Reality C3 and Name 10A. The front camera remains the same with 5 megapixels and F/2.4 aperture.

Realme

It is a dual-SIM device with VoLTE support. It only supports single-band Wi-Fi, but is Bluetooth version 5. You get all the normal sensors including compass and gyroscope. Storage can be increased to 256 GB using microSD cards in a dedicated slot. A minus point is that like Realme C3, there is no fingerprint reader in it.

Realme c11 design

As far as the budget phone is concerned, we feel that Reality C11 looks quite good. This is similar to other budget reality phones. The screen has a thin bezel on the side, but a quite thick chin is found at the bottom. Waterdrop notch is available above.

In the phone you get rich green and rich gray options to choose. The body is made of plastic. The rear is given a texture, which increases its grip and becomes easy to catch. The back gets a square camera module unlike the camera module of the other realmy phone, which has only two cameras sets. The volume buttons are set above the power button on the right. The company has also used micro-USB in this budget phone. We feel that now the company should move beyond this. The downward 3.5mm audio sockets and single speakers are also available at the bottom.

Realme

It weighs 196 grams and thickness is 9.1 mm. Realme C11 is relatively heavy. We found one hand use a bit difficult, but the back panel with texture does not allow this phone to slip from the palm. It does not look like an expensive phone, but its build quality is solid. However, we liked if we had a good glass protection in the front.

Realme c11 performance, battery life and software

Being an entry-level smartphone, Realme C11 gives you a chance to run all Android apps easily, but the experience is not always fantastic. Many times I found that in simple works like awakening the phone with standby and opening the app drawer or task switcher, the phone also has a slight leg. Light-felled lag app was also seen during launching, scrolling photos in gallery or during multitasking, but it did not draw our attention. It is disappointing that its usage experience was not smooth.
Realme

If you are fond of playing some strong games that come nowadays, then you have to increase your budget slightly. PUBG Mobile Default runs in the most low graphics settings of the game and despite this, the gameplay was filled with lots of glitter and lag. However, the PUBG Mobile Lite goes well. Like PUBG Mobile, the smartphone struggled a lot in running Asphalt 9: Legends. Overall, gaming experience was not very good, but the good thing is that at least the phone was not hot.

Given the price of this phone, the screen is quite good. The colors look good and the viewing angle was also good. The video looks fine, but the speaker’s performance was not good. Music pricks and we found that the dialogues were also not clean.

Battery life is excellent. The phone is with a low-end processor and 5000mAh battery. The phone gave 28 hours, 25 minutes in our HD video loop battery test. With daily use, a lot of audio and video streaming, some camera usage and a small gaming session, took out one and a half days very easily in a charge.

Realme

Realme’s software is generally a problem-free. We did not have trouble with advertisements or spam notifications, except for some “news” articles pushed by Realme UI browser. The phone gets a chrome on the homescreen, so there was no need for this browser at all, but the disappointing thing is that we could neither disable it nor uninstall. Realme UI stock looks and behaves like Android and has some customization including themes.

Realme c11 cameras

Realme C11 includes some modes like panorama, time laps and slo-mo and Realme claims that the C11 night mode is the first for this price segment. Like other apps, the phone is not able to load the camera app quickly.

The quality of the photo was somewhat disappointing, although we also have to keep its price in mind. Still let us tell you that the camera was not able to mold the colors well and the lack of details in the photographs also felt clear. Flowers and leaves do not look natural in every shot and we also saw C11 battling for exposure.

img20200715152226
img20200715154030

The background looks blurred in portrait shots, but the exposure was poor. There is no way to set the blur’s level before or after taking the shot. Whatever we took-up, they came out surprisingly well. Overall, the photos look quite good on the phone’s screen and you can slightly increase and crop it.

When it comes to low light, Realme C11 actually struggles. Many of our shots were very bad, although some work was worth running. The phone had trouble locking the focus and after a slight activity, we had to tap on the screen and lock the focus again.

img202007212122230
img20200721212238

Night mode made a major change, but it could not make every shot better. The phone still had trouble focusing, and the results also come a little cropped, so you have to pay some attention to the frame composition. Night mode shots provide better contrast and the bright parts involved in the frame come sharp. On the other hand, lack of details in low light areas clearly appeared. Noise (donations) also appeared in the pictures.

Verdict

After a long discounts given by smartphone brands and cuts at the price, now we are watching the cost growing in the market. The prices of many models have increased only a few weeks after the launch, which means that customers will have to do a lot of calculations and comparisons again before deciding to shop. It is quite disappointing that Realme C11 smartphones are more expensive and less powerful than Realme C3 and Realme Narzo.

We certainly like better performance and it is also clear that 2 GB RAM is insufficient. The experience of using C11 was not smooth, but you will be able to run most of the apps of your need. The camera performance is average.

It is still a decent phone as compared to other phones coming in the entry-level segment. However, if you can spend a little more, you can take Realme Narzo 10A instead. In addition, you can wait for Xiaomi’s upcoming Redmi 9 series, or also move to the recently launched budget model of Samsung, Infinix and Honor.

Bira 91 immediately became a hit. Its sales increased to 150,000 cases in 2015 itself. In 2016, this figure crossed 7 lakhs.

According to Ankur Jain, the 330 mL bottle of Bira 91 Lite has just 90 calories, which is less than a glass milk or orange juice. In this way, it is more healthy than a lot of light and milk in terms of calorie.

Sales of Bira 91 crossed Rs 150 crore in 2016-17. Bira 91 has 91 India Country Code. The company’s manufacturing unit is in Indore and Nagpur.

So when Bira 91 like Bira 91 is being liked in urban youth, Bira launches another strong beer after 91 Strong, it is expected that the company will focus again on the premium segment.

However, Jain has caught a different route and has decided to enter the Lagar Beer Segment. Jain said, ‘Our earlier products are quite premium. Our 330 mL bottles in Karnataka are priced at Rs 90-100 and in Maharashtra Rs 130-140.

OnePlus Nord Review in Hindi, OnePlus Nord Review

0

OnePlus Nord has been launched, now a few days have passed and now the time has come for us to review it. The 64 GB storage base variant of OnePlus Nord has been launched in India for Rs 24,999 and the variant will be sold only in Amazon, although when, no exact date has been given at the moment. The company has definitely confirmed that this variant will come in September. Now if you do not want to wait for this variant, then you can buy its other two variants, which come with 8 GB RAM and 12 GB RAM and they are priced 30,000 and less and today we are the top of OnePlus Nord- Reviewing variants itself.

Not only OnePlus but also fans to this ‘affordable’ OnePlus Nord There are high expectations with and we are also keen to review this phone. So let’s see how much OnePlus Nord meets our expectations? Can it actually provide the same experience as its more expensive siblings? let’s find out.

OnePlus Nord: Design and Display

OnePlus has kept its design separate from the smartphone of the OnePlus 8 series. The design style of OnePlus Nord corresponds to some extent Oppo and Realme’s phones and we are not surprised because all these brands are part of the same family. However, the inclusion of alert slider in it and the same old style of button and port gives us the feeling of its onePlus phone.

Quality can be called good for a phone made from polycarbonate. Gorilla Glass 5 protection is available forward and back. We liked the blue marble color on the Nord unit, which is also the color of our review unit. Apart from this, the phone has also been introduced in gray onix color.

Like other OnePlus phones, there is no option to increase storage on OnePlus Nord, as the SIM tray only supports two Nano-SIM cards. It also comes in 128 GB and 256 GB variants, in which you might not miss storage.

OnePlus

OnePlus smartphones are known for their AMOLED display and I am happy to see that OnePlus has not compromised on this low -priced smartphone. Its display panel is also amoled. The edges of the display are not curved such as OnePlus 8, but instead of one it has a cutout for two selfie cameras. The display size is 6.44 inches and comes with a full-HD+ resolution (1080×2400) with a 90Hz refresh rate. The phone comes with HDR10+. Overall, it is a good panel, in which black levels look good and colors also appear in plenty. However, there is some difference in color tone on the white background and it did not recover even after some updates. However, it is noticeable only when it looks very carefully.

With OnePlus Nord you get a silicone bumper case, type-C cable, fast charger and stickers.

OnePlus Nord: Specifications

OnePlus Nord comes in India with Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G chipset. The Qualcomm X52 5G modem is found in this chipset and it is made on 7 Nm process. It promises better processing capabilities and up to 30 percent faster graphics rendering than Snapdragon 730g.

In India, three variants of OnePlus Nord have been introduced. 6 GB RAM and 64 GB storage, which will be available only on Amazon from September. Its price is Rs 24,999. Apart from this, 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage variants, priced at Rs 27,999 and 12 GB RAM variants with 256 GB storage, priced at Rs 29,999.

OnePlus
OnePlus Nord has a thickness of 8.2 millimeters and weighs 184 grams. You get support for navigation systems including NFC, Wi-Fi AC, Bluetooth 5.1, and navigation. The phone has a single speaker, in-display fingerprint sensor and face unlock feature. The Nord does not have any official IP certification, so you have to be a little careful with water. You get 4,115mAh battery with Warp Charge 30t fast charging technology.

OnePlus experience is not complete without oxygenos. At the time of the review, the phone was running at the software version 10.5.2, with a July security patch. Its interface and the features available in it are similar to flagship ONEPLUS phone. There are also options to customize Zen mode, built-in screen recorder and ambinte display, fingerprint animation, etc. OnePlus has also promised a two -year software update and a three -year security update for Nord.

OnePlus

OnePlus Nord has had some software changes compared to other OnePlus phones. The biggest one is Google’s inclusion of stock diers and message applications. No clear reason was shared to remove Oxygen OS’s dialer and message app by removing it, but it was just said that on the basis of its research, the company realized that mid-range smartphone buyer buyers are better with Google’s app Will be able to get experiences. We have no problem with Google’s stock apps, but it is disappointing that Nord users will not get the experience of India-specific features that OnePlus has added to its dialer and message app for years.

The second change is made in the camera app. In this, you will be able to share your Akiri photo very easily with the app. For this, you have to keep tapping on the preview and you will get the option to choose direct apps.

OnePlus Nord: Performance

According to OnePlus, Nord users will get smooth and fast performance just like a flagship phone in this phone and we have to say that it works very well. With regular use, we did not actually see much difference between OnePlus Nord and OnePlus flagship phone. The interface was very smooth and fast, the apps were faster in loading and closing and switching between apps was also quite simple. The in-display fingerprint sensor works very well. Face unlock is also quite fast and accurate.

Videos in OnePlus display looks great, especially on streaming HDR video on YouTube and Netflix. Dirac’s software enhancement at Nord also gives loud sound experience on single speaker.

OnePlus

We used OnePlus Nord for a week and its battery life was quite solid. We got a backup of one and a half days on one charge easily. Even after playing a lot of games and using the camera, it managed to take the whole day. In our video loop test, OnePlus Nord lasted for about 14.5 hours, which is quite good time. The phone with it was charged up to 93 percent in an hour from the charger coming with it, which is quite fast.

OnePlus Nord: Cameras

OnePlus Nord has a total of six cameras – four back and two in front. The main rear camera is exactly what you will get with OnePlus 8. The company has also kept optical stabilization, which is good to see. The other three cameras are an 8-megapixel wide-angle lens, 2-megapixel macro lens and 5-megapixel depth sensor. For selfie, you get a 32-megapixel primary Sony IMX616 lens and an 8-megapixel wide-angle lens.

The camera app is similar to OnePlus 8-Series’ phone and also works equally. In daylight, the main rear camera on OnePlus Nord captures good photos. We found that details in the shots were generally good, colors also came well and HDR worked well. There was a slight decrease in the dynamic range compared to OnePlus 8. The main camera defaults a photo shoot at 12-megapixels by default, but you can also opt for shooting at the entire resolution.

img
img
img

The camera with wide angle captured comparatively weak details, but it worked well with colors and HDRs. There is no optical zoom on the Nord. Instead, you can digital zoom up to 10X using the main camera, but the quality is compromised. Close-up looked good in daylight, good details came, but sometimes colors increase. The autofocus system was quite fast.
img
img

The background blur is well blurred using portrait shots primary camera, although the level of blur cannot be set. The macro camera did its job, but it was not very good, and was only useful when there was good light around our subject.
OnePlus

Low light photos came decent and in very dark scenes, I had to use nitscape. The problem with night mode on Nord is that even though it can be quite effective in bright a picture, it makes the texture flat and shadows, which I did not like. The wide-angle camera is not really able to take the useable shots using in low light, unless you use nitscape.
OnePlus

Talking about the selfie camera, the primary selfie camera used to capture good details in the daylight, the skin tone looked good and HDR was well handled. In low light, details decreased and the total quality was also average.

The default is captured by a default on a 32-megapixel resolution, although if you go on portrait mode, the phone takes 8-megapixel shots. The wide-angle front camera is a good addition, but we want OnePlus to make your color profile a little better. Despite the decrease of details, the photos usually appear light red color. In low-light shots, colors usually look flat, but the camera was successful in bright shots.

Verdict

It seems that OnePlus is going back to its roots with its ‘affordable’ OnePlus Nord. This is not a ‘flagship killer’ like original OnePlus One, but there is no need to happen, as OnePlus itself has a new line of premium flagship. Nord could only be called OnePlus Light or OnePlus 8 Lite, but perhaps doing so could not create that much impact in the market in the name of the new product line. OnePlus Nord looks like an old beginning and if we are lucky, we can see much more in this series, possibly the lower levels of the smartphone market should be targeted. If you have the present OnePlus 6 For example, if there are old OnePlus smartphones, then Nord should be a good upgrade.

We do not think that many people will feel lacking the 800-series processor of Qualcomm in OnePlus Nord, as it performs well in day-to-day use. OnePlus Nord is currently the cheapest 5G smartphone in the Indian market, which gives it a unique advantage. Although the competition is strong, Redmi K20 Pro And Realme X3 Series such as phones come with more powerful processors equipped with 4G and in some cases are not better, they are equipped with the same features. OnePlus Nord may not compete with these smartphones in terms of specification, but when you keep the software in mind and promise to update on time, it becomes an attractive deal for you.

This day was held on mobile for the first time in the country

New Delhi. In today’s time, life cannot be imagined without a mobile phone. But 25 years ago, people used to run their work without a mobile phone. If we talk about the present time, then the mobile phone has become the second largest telecom market in the world. Let us know that on July 31, the foundation of the beginning of mobile revolution was laid in India. On July 31, 1995, the first mobile call was made by the then Chief Minister of West Bengal Jyoti Basu (Union Telecom Minister Sukh Ram) at that time.

Let’s know some interesting things related to mobile calls for the first time in India ….

Mobile service in India started 25 years ago on 31 July 1995. For the first time in India, a call was made from mobile. Which took the shape of a revolution in the country. At that time, along with outgoing calls, they used to invest money for incoming calls.

The first thing was from Kolkata to Delhi- Jyoti Basu made this call from Kolkata’s Writers Building at Sanchar Bhawan in New Delhi. India’s first mobile operator company Modi was Telstra and its service was known as Mobile Net.

The first mobile call was made on this network. Modi was the joint venture of Telstra, India’s Modi Group and Australia’s telecom company Telstra. This company was one of the 8 companies that were licensed to provide cellular service in the country.

Telecommunication in India has come a long way since 1995. It is believed that by 5 years after the start of mobile service, the number of mobile subscribers reached 50 lakhs. In late May 2015, the total number of telephone connections in the country crossed one billion mark. But after this, this number increased manifold rapidly.

Incoming calls also used to make money
Mobile service in India took time to reach more people and the reason for this was expensive call tariff. In addition to outgoing calls at the start of mobile networks, incoming calls had to be paid. Initially, an outgoing call was charged up to Rs 16 per minute.

Redmi Note 9 Review in Hindi, Review of Redmi Note 9

0

Xiaomi made a big buzz in the Indian market earlier this year with Redmi Note 9 Pro and Redmi Note 9 Pro Max. Both these smartphones had influential specifications at competitive prices, but it is becoming virtuous, because now the price of both these smartphones has increased due to the ups and downs of rupee-dollar and increase in GST rate. Now, Xiaomi has launched Redmi Note 9, which falls in a sub-Rs 15,000 segment. It brings much bigger changes compared to Redmi Note 8, but should it get the title of Value for Money? We have reviewed the new Redmi Note 9 to find out.

Redmi Note 9: Design

Redmi Note 9 comes with the company’s aura design. It looks like other siblings of its series, but opposite the Redmi Note 9 does not have a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. Instead, it gets a traditional back fingerprint sensor. Redmi Note 9 has a large display and hence it is not as easy to use this phone with one hand. Yes, although the power and volume button fit in the right place, it is not difficult to reach them. Most like the Redmi phone, an IR Emitter is also available in Note 9.

The thickness of Redmi Note 9 is 8.9 millimeters and weighs 199 grams. It is heavier than some other smartphones in this price range. Xiaomi says that it has used P2I nano-koting on the device with rubber seal at the port, so that the liquid can get some protection by exposed to the liquid. Xiaomi has also given a 22.5 watt charger in the box (although currently charging support is limited to 18 watts – will further discuss it).

Redmi Note 9: Specifications and Software

Redmi Note 9 The most base model of its series is, so Xiaomi has chosen MediaTek Helio G85 chipset for this model. It is an octa-core processor, with two cortex-e75 core 2 GHz set in clock speed and six cortex-A 55 core set on 1.8 GHz speed. For graphics, it gets ARM Mali-G52 GPU set on 1 GHz.

The Redmi Note 9 offers a 6.53-inch display with full-HD+ resolution (1080×2340 pixels) and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The Redmi Note 9 has three variants: 4 GB RAM with 64 GB storage, 4 GB RAM with 128 GB storage and 6 GB RAM with 128 GB storage. The price of these variants is Rs 11,999, Rs 13,499 and Rs 14,999 respectively. We had the top model for review.

Redmi Note 9 comes with a dedicated microSD card slot. It contains two Nano-SIM slots and it supports dual 4G and VoLTE. Bluetooth 5, Wi-Fi 802.11 N, and four satellite navigation systems. The battery capacity is 5,020mAh. The Redmi Note 9 is also capable of charging 9 watts through USB Type-C port.

In the case of software, much is not new. The Redmi Note 9 runs on MIUI 11 based on Android 10 and our unit had a June security patch. The phone already comes with several apps that comes with volume, and also suggests downloading some other apps during the setup. It also shows advertising on lockscreen. Although this is an option, which is capable by default, but we closed it while setting the phone.

We should also get spamy notifications from some apps already installed in it. Among them, Mi Video and Get Apps were at the forefront and sure all these things definitely affect your experience a little.

Redmi Note 9: Performance

The performance of the Redmi Note 9 did not give us any reason for the complaint. MediaTek Helio G85 chipset is a competent processor and can easily handle our daily tasks. The app loading time was fine, and with 6 GB RAM, we could easily switch between different apps.

We also liked the display of Redmi Note 9. It gets good viewing angles and it becomes quite bright when needed. You also get options to change color output. However, it is not like the AMOLED display included on Samsung Galaxy M21. Its rear fingerprint sensor was also fast. Apart from this, face unlock was also accurate and fast.

Redmi Note 9 Pubg Mobile and Asphalt 9: Games like Legends can run without any problem. In Pubji Mobile, the phone is defaulted in medium settings by default, but we can also run it on high settings without much fall in performance. However, after playing for 20 minutes, the touch of the phone began to feel hot. Apart from this, the battery declined 10 percent. The Asfault 9 walked comfortably on the default settings, and we only saw light legs on a few tracks.

I liked the battery life of Redmi Note 9 quite good. It can last one and a half days in a charge. Even if you are a heavy user, the 5,020mAh battery can take you more than a day. It managed to last 15 hours, 45 minutes in our HD video loop test.

After the launch of Redmi Note 9, there were some controversies about the charger’s Whats. The Box of Redmi Note 9 provides a 22.5 watt charger, but the device is set on 18 watts. This means that even if the charger is of more watt, the phone will be charged with a maximum of 18 watt input. Xiaomi told Gadgets 360 that Redmi Note 9 currently has a “software lock”. To charge more power, it is yet to undergo some lab and field tests, which could not be possible due to the lockdown. Xiaomi says that the company is planning to release a software update in future, which will allow the Redmi Note 9 to charge on 22.5 watt.

At present, the phone is charged up to 29 percent in 30 minutes and 60 percent in one hour. The device takes more than two hours to fully charge. If Xiaomi unlock full charging speed, it should take a little less time to charge.

Redmi Note 9: Cameras

The Redmi Note 9 has a quad-camera setup, which provides a 48-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, 2-megapixel macro camera and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. For selfie, it has a 13-megapixel camera in the front. The camera app is largely similar to other Redmi phones.

In addition to normal shooting mode, the app has a Pro mode for photos as well as videos, which allows you to control the exposure to iso etc. It also has a document mode that allows you to crop the photo and convert into black and white.

Redmi uses Note 9 AI, which detects the outer scene and sets the camera according to it. In the daylight, the phone takes good shots. However, AI makes photos too much sharp. Pictures taken at the entire 48-megapixel resolution found better details and were not sharp. There was a slight decline in quality in photographs taken with wide-angle camera.

Talking about the close-up, AI used to recognize the subject quickly, but sometimes there was trouble with the focus. However, the photos were good and also had a natural blur effect. There is a pro color option, which increases the contrast in the output. The macro camera lets you get very close to the subject and takes a good picture in favorable lights.

Portrait mode managed to separate the subject and background. Age detection was also very good. I found no way to set the blur’s level before taking a shot, but the device gave me the option to change the level of beautification.

In low light, the outputs were decent, but the donations began to appear on zoom in. The camera app managed to keep the app noise (grains) low. The camera in night mode takes more time to take the picture and for good photos you have to stand very stable for that time. Even after this, there was not much difference in the output.

The selfie taken in the daylight was good and they had good details. You can also take portrait shots in selfie camera, but here we did not find the option to set the blur level. The Redmi Note 9 did a good job in recognizing the edges here. However, quality fell in low light.

Verdict

Redmi Note 9 It starts at Rs 11,999 in India and it Redmi Note 8 It is much higher than that the company kept within Rs 10,000. However, due to the recent GST hike and the weakness of the rupee, the price increased. The base variant of the Redmi Note 9 gives a good price with its full-HD+ display, powerful MediaTek Helio G85 chipset and 4 GB RAM. It gives a good battery life thanks to a large battery of 5,020 mAh.

However, the variant we reviewed were the top-end variants. With Rs 14,999, this variant competes with some powerful phones in the sub-Rs 15,000 segment, such as Realme 6 (Review, Poco M2 Pro ,Review) And even Redmi Note 9 Pro ,ReviewThese models are equipped with better performance and better features than Redmi Note 9, which makes it a little harder to advise this variant.
