Punjab Crime News: A strange sentence has come to light in village Bhagwal of Narot Jaimal Singh, town of Pathankot, Punjab, where a person died under suspicious circumstances after drinking alcohol. The deceased has been identified as Parveen Kumar, who is around 55 years old.
Amarjeet Kaur, wife of deceased Parveen, alleges that her husband was given a poisonous substance to drink by pretending to be water, due to which his condition deteriorated and he died during treatment. After this, Narot police has registered a case against the owner of the poultry farm and started investigation.
Did ‘water’ become the cause of death?
According to the information, on the morning of April 24, Parveen Kumar had gone to the poultry farm of Jasvir Singh, a resident of village Bhagwal, for daily wage labour. According to the wife’s statement, there Jasveer Singh gave her liquor to drink.
When deceased Parveen went to get water, Jasveer stopped him and said that there was clean water in the bottle. It is alleged that as soon as he drank the liquid from that bottle mixed with alcohol, his condition suddenly started deteriorating.
