Questions raised on police intelligence failure

This horrifying incident has also raised big questions on the anti-drugs campaign of Mumbai Police. How was this material of death distributed openly in such a big event and why did the police and intelligence department not get to know about it in time? At present, the police is busy connecting the links of the entire supply network and is waiting for the forensic report.
