How many marks will pass?
According to the Board of Secondary Education Madhya Pradesh, to pass the class 10th and 12th examination, it is mandatory for students to score minimum 33% marks in each subject, and in the subjects which have both theory and practical, it is necessary to score 33% marks separately; If a student fails in any one part (theory or practical), he is considered failed in that subject.

MPBSE MP Board Result 2026: About 16 lakh students appeared for the exam
This year, a record number of students appeared in the board examinations of the Board of Secondary Education Madhya Pradesh. Overall, around 16 lakh students appeared for the exam, of which around 9.07 lakh students were from class 10th, while around 7 lakh students appeared for the class 12th exam. 3856 centers were created for the smooth conduct of the examination in the entire state.

There is a relief news for the students of Madhya Pradesh, because the wait for the results of board examinations is going to end soon. Board of Secondary Education Madhya Pradesh has fixed the date for declaring the results of classes 10th and 12th for the year 2026. As per the schedule, the results of both the classes will be released on April 15 at 11 am. On this occasion, the official announcement of the result will be made by Dr. Mohan Yadav. Students will be able to check their result online and the result will also be available first on the website of Amar Ujala.

In the class 10th merit list, out of total 212 students, 144 places have been secured by girls, while in the class 12th merit list, girls have secured 89 out of 159 places.
