Late night, BJP leader Pammi Goswami was shot by unknown assailants at the new bridge of Panigaon in Vrindavan. The bullet hit the BJP leader on the right side of his chest, due to which his condition is said to be critical. First he was taken to the District Joint Hospital. Due to serious condition, he was referred to the district hospital but the family admitted him to SIMS Hospital in Mathura. The police, who reached the spot after receiving the information, first took him to the District Joint Hospital. But due to his serious condition, he was referred to the district hospital. However, when the family members came to know, they took him to a private hospital. After reaching the hospital, the BJP leader asked the doctors to save him at any cost.
