LTIMindtree announced Wednesday it is rebranding to LTM Limited, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals, as part of a strategic repositioning to become a “Business Creativity partner” in what the company calls the Agentic Enterprise era.
The Mumbai-based technology services company unveiled its new brand identity and positioning on February 11, 2026, with its Board of Directors approving the proposed name change. The rebranding reflects a shift in the company’s market approach, emphasizing the convergence of technology capabilities with domain expertise rather than technology access alone.
LTM has adopted “Outcreate” as its core positioning statement, signaling a focus on disruptive thinking and business outcomes. According to CEO and Managing Director Venu Lambu, the rebrand represents both the company’s current identity and future vision. “We are creating new ways of working, new productivity paradigms and new roads to value,” Lambu said in a statement. “Our intent is simple: to help our clients not just outperform the market, but to Outcreate it.”
The company describes itself as AI-centric and positions the Business Creativity concept as combining human insights with intelligent systems. For employees, this translates to what the company calls a “creator’s mindset” in problem-solving and AI application.
LTM, a Larsen & Toubro subsidiary, employs over 87,000 people across 40 countries. The company’s stated capabilities include integrated operations, transformation and business AI services.
