Ahmedabad. Afghanistan coach Jonathan Trott said after the defeat to South Africa in the second Super Over in the T20 World Cup that such defeats hurt for a long time. But he admitted that South Africa proved his team weak in fielding. In one of the most exciting matches of the T20 World Cup, South Africa defeated Afghanistan after two super overs. Trott said in the press conference after the match, ‘This shows how great our team is. We have some great players and after losing to New Zealand, losing such a close match to South Africa is heartbreaking. We’ve also got a tough group.

South Africa-born former England cricketer Jonathan Trott said that such defeats hurt for a long time. He said, ‘The team should be proud of its performance, but sometimes such defeats are remembered for a long time. Coach Trott was heartbroken after losing the close match to Afghanistan.
