
A heart-wrenching case has come to light from Pune district of Maharashtra. Here a 65 year old man crossed the limits of brutality when he raped a 4 year old girl and brutally murdered her. After this, this beast hid the girl’s body under a pile of dung. After this incident, there is an atmosphere of protest in the entire area and people are demanding hanging of the accused. This case is of Nasarpur village of Bhor taluka of Pune.
Here, the 65-year-old accused seduced an innocent girl who was playing outside the house and took her to an animal shed and raped her there. Due to fear of hiding the girl’s identity or being caught, the accused killed her by crushing her with a stone. After this, he hid the girl’s body under a pile of dung. When the girl suddenly disappeared, the family started searching for her. As a result, his dead body was recovered inside the enclosure.
How did the incident come to light?
The crime came to light when local CCTV footage was examined, in which the accused was seen taking the girl towards the enclosure. After this, the police took the accused into custody and started investigating the case. According to the information given by the residents, the little girl had come to her grandmother’s house to spend her holidays. There is an atmosphere of anger in Nasarpur village due to this incident. Angry villagers blocked the highway and gathered outside the police station in large numbers carrying the dead body of the innocent child.
People demanded the police to hand over the accused to them. The police have assured the people of the village that the entire case will be heard in a fast-track court and the accused will be punished. After this, the citizens have postponed the protest by blocking the road for the time being.
Call for strike in protest
At present there is a tense situation in the village and heavy police force has been deployed. At the same time, Nasarpur Traders Association and the entire community of Nasarpur have called for a complete bandh today (May 2) in protest against this incident. Shopkeepers have also responded immediately and enthusiastically to the bandh call. A protest march, organized by the villagers to condemn the incident, has started from the Bhairavnath temple of the village at 10:00 am.
Security increased in Pune Nasarpur village
In view of the huge protest in Pune Nasarpur village, police security has been increased. All the villagers have started protesting at the Supermarket Chowk of Nasarpur village. In such a situation, three contingents of Maharashtra State Reserve Police Force (SRPF) and rural police have been deployed in the area. After this incident, there is a tense situation in the village and heavy police forces have been deployed for security.
