
A sensational case has come to light of a woman and a young man consuming poisonous substance under suspicious circumstances in the same village of Srinagar police station area in Mahoba, Uttar Pradesh. In this incident, while the 35-year-old woman died during treatment, the condition of the 27-year-old youth remains very critical. The police is investigating both the cases closely.
Suddenly there is a stir in the village due to the case of a woman and a young man consuming poison. At present, the police have sent the woman’s body for post-mortem and are investigating, while the interrogation of both their families is going on.
What is the whole matter?
According to the information, there was a stir in a village under Srinagar police station area when incidents of consumption of poison under suspicious circumstances came to light in two different houses of the same village. In both the cases the victims consumed sulfas tablets. While 35-year-old Urmila lost her life in this incident, 27-year-old youth Ashok’s condition became critical and the doctors referred him to a higher center after first aid.
The first incident is from Amarchand’s house. It is being told that when Amarchand had gone to the fields to graze cattle and his father-in-law had come to Mahoba on a court date, his wife Urmila consumed poisonous substance. When the 8 year old innocent daughter saw her mother’s health deteriorating, she informed her father on the phone. The family members hurriedly took her to the hospital, but Urmila could not be saved. While the husband says that there was no dispute in the house, the deceased’s maternal uncle Sitaram Rajput has made serious allegations of mental torture by the in-laws.
Young man gets angry due to laughter
On the other hand, Chhakku’s 27-year-old son Ashok, resident of the same village, also committed suicide by consuming sulfas. The reason behind Ashok consuming poison is very surprising. According to family members, the marriage ceremony of uncle’s daughter was going on in the house. Meanwhile, the sisters-in-law joked with Ashok as per Bundelkhandi tradition. Hurt by this joke, Ashok ate the sulfas tablet kept in wheat.
Hospital doctor Naveen Chauhan said that the woman has died and in view of the critical condition of the young man, he has been referred. At present, the police is busy investigating the case.
