A person roams around with a sharp weapon
This person seen in the camera roams comfortably in the colony with a bag in his hand. But there is a big sharp weapon hidden inside that bag. The accused goes from door to door and rings the doorbell. At some places he calls himself an RO mechanic and at other places he calls himself an AC or refrigerator repairer. It chooses the afternoon time because at that time women are alone in most of the houses.
This sensational CCTV footage of Keshavpuram on 8 May 2026 has now become the biggest topic of discussion in the area. It is clearly visible in the footage that the accused rings the bells of many houses. When entry is not available, he reaches a businessman’s house located on the second floor. As soon as the woman opens the door, the accused enters.
First he introduces himself as a mechanic and then suddenly takes out a big sharp knife from the bag. There is chaos inside the house within a few seconds. When the woman makes noise and protests, the accused gets scared. It is clearly seen in the CCTV that the accused pushes the woman and comes out. Even while running, he still had a sharp weapon in his hand.
Questions raised on the accused
Fearing that he would be caught, he threw the weapon in a nearby vacant plot and then walked out of the society with quick steps. But the biggest question is that when the face of the accused is visible so clearly in the CCTV, then why has the police not been able to catch him till now? Delhi Police is searching for this face since April 21.
The crime was committed in Pitampur
Earlier, the same accused had committed a robbery in a very horrifying manner in the Maurya Enclave area of Pitampura. It is alleged that the accused entered the house of an acquaintance. At that time only one teenager was present in the house. The accused put a sharp weapon on the neck, shoulder and hand of the teenager and then ran away from the house after looting about Rs 4 lakh in cash and gold worth about Rs 25 lakh.
The victim’s family claims that the name of the accused is Ajay Bagga and his age is about 55 years. But despite the identity being revealed and the CCTV footage continuously going viral, the accused is still away from the police. Now every doorbell in Delhi has started scaring people. Every unknown face is under suspicion. People are checking CCTV cameras several times before opening the door.
