Why is there this small hole in the stool?
Actually, this hole is to prevent the vacuum created when stools are placed one above the other. Stacking means keeping the goods stacked upside down, as plastic chairs and stools are kept in shops.
If stools are stacked on top of each other without holes, a vacuum can form due to air getting trapped between them, making it difficult to separate them.
This is the reason why a small hole is made in the middle, so that air pressure can escape and the stools can be easily separated. Although this hole also helps in lifting the stool, but this is not its main purpose.
