There is a ban on any public meeting, rally, dharna, demonstration, agitation or any such activity which may affect the peace of the common people or the smooth movement of traffic in the Delhi University campus. This order is effective from 17 February 2026 and will remain in force for one month.

There is a complete ban on any kind of public meeting, procession, demonstration and protest in the Delhi University campus for one month. University Proctor Prof. Manoj Kumar has issued an order for information in this regard to students, faculty members and staff, which will be effective for the next one month from 17 February 2026.
