The state government has released new allotment of bungalows for cabinet ministers. The most talked about in this reshuffle is about Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s son and newly appointed Health Minister Nishant Kumar, who has been allotted a prestigious bungalow in the capital.

New ministers got new places
According to the official list released by the Bihar government, leaders who have joined the cabinet for the first time by taking oath as ministers have been allotted new bungalows. At the same time, only the old government residences of experienced leaders who have become ministers again have been retained.

Which residence did Health Minister Nishant Kumar get?
Health Minister Nishant Kumar has been allotted a government residence at 2, Deshratna Marg. Whereas Education Minister Mithilesh Tiwari has been allotted a bungalow located at 13, Harding Road. As soon as the official list was released, the hustle and bustle of VIP areas like Harding Road and Deshratna Marg of Patna has increased. Along with new responsibilities, now the offices and residences of ministers have also started getting decorated afresh. The government argues that this allocation has been made keeping in mind the administrative convenience and efficiency of the ministers.
- The new residence of Education Minister Mithilesh Tiwari will be the bungalow located at 13, Harding Road.
- Road Construction Minister Engineer Shailendra has been allotted a government residence at 12, Harding Road.
- Dairy and Fisheries Minister Nand Kishore Ram has now got permission to live in the bungalow located at 21, Harding Road.
- Energy Minister Shailesh Kumar alias Bulo Mandal has been given a residence at 33, Harding Road by the government.
- Planning and Development Minister Bhagwan Singh Kushwaha will now live in duplex bungalow number 13/20 located at Gardanibagh.
- Environment and Forest Minister Ramchandra Prasad has been allotted duplex bungalow number 10/20 located in Gardnibagh area.
