The Urban Development and Housing Department of the Government of Bihar has issued a big and strict order for the government employees, after which there is panic in all the departments. This order has been implemented from April 6.

department’s time is wasted
Under this new order, various officials and personnel subordinate to various departments have been repeatedly seeking permission to participate in the competitive examination. The Government believes that their repeated efforts to prepare for the examination and appear in the examination not only waste valuable time of the department but also create serious hindrances in the completion of the work. It is against the public interest to allow officials or personnel of subordinate cadres of the department to participate in the examination again and again against the utilization of salary and other facilities received from the government after contributing to the government service.

You will get the chance only once
Therefore, the Government of Bihar says that officers or employees of subordinate cadres of the Urban Development and Housing Department will be allowed to participate in any competitive examination only for a post in a pay level higher than the pay level of the post held by them and this permission will be given only once in their entire service period. According to the order issued, this order has been implemented with immediate effect. If any officer or employee wants to participate in the examination more than once, he can resign from the government service.
