State President Sanjay Saragavi said that the cabinet expansion of the new government will take place under the leadership of Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary at Gandhi Maidan on May 7. PM Narendra Modi, BJP National President Nitin Naveen will also attend this swearing-in ceremony.

What will be the form of the cabinet?

Samrat Chaudhary is currently preparing to administer oath to 30 ministers. Of these, 12 ministers will be made from BJP, 11 from JDU, 1 each from LJP (Ram Vilas) and RLMO and HAM. BJP will keep the post of Home Department and Assembly Speaker. JDU, RLMO and we will not do any special experiment. Only those who took oath in the new government in November 2025 will be given a second chance.
