The MP-MLA court of Bhadohi has given a historic verdict in the case of extortion, fraud and property grabbing in Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh. The court has sentenced mafia Vijay Mishra, his former MLC wife Ramlali Mishra and son Vishnu Mishra to 10 years of rigorous imprisonment, while daughter-in-law Rupa Mishra has been sentenced to 4 years of imprisonment.
A total fine of Rs 5 lakh 26 thousand has also been imposed on the entire family. It may be noted that Prayagraj High Court had also recently sentenced Bahubali to life imprisonment.
Vijay Mishra was MLA from Gyanpur four times
The pot of sin of former four-time strong MLA Vijay Mishra from Gyanpur Assembly finally burst in Bhadohi. Special Judge of MP-MLA Court Pushpa Singh has given this strict verdict in the serious case of forgery, assault, hostage taking and getting the will of ancestral property worth crores in the name of her son registered in Gopiganj police station by intimidation. The court accepted the police’s infallible evidence and convicted the entire family. Recently, this muscleman has also been sentenced to life imprisonment in an old murder case from the special court of Prayagraj.
The matter is related to 2020
The roots of this entire matter are related to the year 2020, when Krishna Mohan Tiwari, a close relative of Vijay Mishra, had registered this tale of terror in the Gopiganj police station. The allegation was that the mafia not only illegally occupied his house but also took his entire family hostage and threatened to kill him. In this case, Vijay Mishra had absconded after seeing the tightening of legal screws, who was later arrested in a filmy style by the Bhadohi police from Agar-Malwa in Madhya Pradesh. White collar mafia Vijay Mishra is currently lodged in Agra jail of Uttar Pradesh.
Under the direction of Bhadohi Superintendent of Police Abhinav Tyagi, the Police Monitoring Cell and government lawyer Pravesh Tiwari made such an effective advocacy in the court in this case that no influence of the mafia was of any use. According to police records, Vijay Mishra’s wife Ramlali Mishra and daughter-in-law Rupa Mishra have been punished for their dark deeds for the first time in any case. A total of 86 cases have been registered against the jailed notorious mafia Vijay Mishra for serious crimes like murder, robbery, kidnapping, rape and extortion, in which some cases have been disposed of.
