Bharat Forge shares steady, defense arm unveils Simha 4×4 armored vehicle at Eurosatory 2026

Shares of Bharat Forge traded largely flat on Wednesday after its wholly-owned defense subsidiary, Kalyani Strategic Systems Limited (KSSL), unveiled a new light armored vehicle at one of the argent defense exhibitions.

The stock was trading at ₹2,022 on the NSE, marginally higher than its previous close of ₹2,012.30.

In a regulatory update, KSSL and Paramount unveiled the Simha 4×4, a next-generation Light Armored Multi-Purpose Vehicle, at Eurosatory 2026, the international defense and security exhibition being held in Paris.

The newly launched platform has been developed to cater to modern battlefield requirements and is designed to offer enhanced mobility, protection and mission flexibility across a range of defense and security operations.
