Barabanki News: Due to unavailability of gas in Barabanki, a youth lay down with a cylinder on the middle of the road, created chaos.

There was chaos in Saidanpur of Safdarganj police station area of ​​Barabanki on Saturday (May 9) when a young man, angry over not getting a filled gas cylinder, started creating ruckus by lying down on the middle of the road. The young man risked his life and lay down on the Badosarai-Safdarganj road carrying his empty cylinder, due to which the hands and feet of the passers-by and local people got swollen.

According to eyewitnesses, this young man named Sonu Rawat was visiting Saidanpur Indane Service since morning to get gas. It is being told that due to being made to wait for a long time and not getting gas, he chose this suicidal path of protest. Due to the presence of the young man and the cylinder in the middle of the road, there was a possibility of a major accident and the traffic came to a complete standstill for some time.

Gas cylinder not found since 50 days – victim Sonu Rawat

In this case, the victim youth Sonu Rawat has made serious allegations while narrating his ordeal. The victim says that when he reached the agency 28 days after booking the gas, he was told that the cylinder would be available after 45 days. Today it has been more than 50 days since the booking was made, but gas was not given to him. The youth alleges that the agency people even deposited his money and mobile phone and refused to give him the cylinder citing some technical glitch. Due to this torture and frustration, he was forced to lie down on the road.

As soon as the information was received, the local police reached the spot and quickly pacified the young man and removed him from the road. After police intervention and heated negotiations with the gas agency operator, the young man was immediately provided with a cylinder, only then the matter was calmed down.

An angry young man lay down on the road

In this case, the police said that the young man had come to get gas, but due to technical reasons, DSC (Digital Subscription Code) was not coming on his mobile. Angered by this matter, he lay down on the road. The operator of the gas agency, Mohammad Faiz, says that the code was sent to the young man’s mobile but it was not being received. He also claimed that the young man seemed to be in an intoxicated state. Faiz clarified that mostly there is a system of home delivery at the agency, but the people who come there are also being given gas regularly. At present the matter has been resolved after the intervention of the police administration.
