Baghpat News: Strange case of love jihad, woman pressured constable for conversion by luring him into love trap.

A different case of love jihad has come to light in Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh, where a woman trapped a police constable in her love trap and pressured him to convert to religion and get married. The police have arrested the accused woman in this case. Further legal action is being taken in this matter.

Constable Shrikant, posted in Dial 112 service in Baghpat, has lodged a complaint in this regard at Khekra police station on Saturday, April 11. According to the complaint given by the victim to the police, the constable alleged that in 2022 Ghaziabad During his posting, he met the accused woman Hina alias Mubbasareen, a resident of Delhi. After which both of them became friends.

Woman pressured to change religion

The police constable claimed that the woman later pressurized him to recite Kalma in the shrine and convert to Islam and get married. The complainant alleged that when he refused, the woman threatened to implicate him in a rape case, due to which he was forced to convert and marry under pressure.

The victim alleged that the woman was continuously blackmailing him and till now she had also extorted lakhs of rupees from him. The woman pressured him to accept Islam and said that if that happened, she would not implicate him in a rape case.

Police arrested the accused woman

According to the police, the woman allegedly took the constable to a mosque in Delhi, where documents related to religious conversion were prepared. It is alleged that the woman also pressurized him to participate in religious activities and join the Jamaat.

Additional Superintendent of Police Praveen Singh Chauhan said that an FIR has been registered in the case under relevant provisions including sections of the Uttar Pradesh Illegal Religious Conversion Prohibition Act, Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Act and Information Technology Act.

Taking action in this case, the police arrested the accused woman on Saturday, after which she was produced in the court, from where she has been sent to judicial custody.
