Once again a case of clash has come to light between ABVP and Left supported student organizations in Jawaharlal Nehru University. According to ABVP sources, stone pelting took place at around 1:30 pm on 22 February, in which JNU’s ABVP media convenor Vijay Jaiswal was seriously injured.
It is alleged that many other students were also injured in this fight that took place late at night. It is being told that the dispute escalated and ruckus started after ABVP opposed the Left’s move on the issue of locking the school building.
