Union Minister of State for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Bhanu Pratap Singh Verma launched the Youth Ideathon ceremony.
New Delhi. Marking 75th years of independence Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) Under Management Entrepreneurship Professional Skill Council (MEPSC) in collaboration with Thinkstartup (TS) K12 Segment and Bajaj Aaliyanz Life India@75 Youth Ideathon Has organized This is a festive competition where school students will be able to keep their innovative entrepreneurship ideas.
The three -phase competition will start from September 21 to 13 November 2021, which aims to create a feeling of entrepreneurship in the school students through the power of ideas that can change the nation. The idea of winning students will be developed in prototype/ product. Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Has recognized Youth Ideathon.

Union Minister of State for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Bhanu Pratap Singh Verma, said as the chief guest at the launch ceremony of Youth Ideathon that I am happy that India@75 Youth Ideathon, Innovation and Initiatives are being organized to celebrate the spirit of entry. . It is a matter of happiness that Ideathon is being organized for the first time for school children.
CBSE Director Dr. Biswajit Saha was the guest of honor at this launch event. He said that “India@75 Youth Ideathon aims to bring students of different backgrounds together, which have the belief of passion for innovation and changing the country. I urge more and more students to come forward and participate in this Youth Ideathon.

MEPSC CEO Colonel Anil Kumar Pokhriyal said that today our children are the future of India. We are happy to support this event as it supports entrepreneurship at the right age.

Miss Shivani Singh Kapoor, Founder, Thinkstartup hoped that India@75 Youth Ideathon would provide connecting links between New Education Policy and Startup India. This will pave the way for India’s technical jump for global leadership.
According to Sanjeev Shivesh, co-founder of Thinkstartup and Program Director, Youth Ideathon, we believe that the time of Youth Ideathon has come. This will be transformational for India and therefore, Youth Ideathon means “My idea which change is India”.
CBSE can also take schools of affiliated objects
In this competition, students from class 6 to 12 of all CBSE affiliated schools and abroad schools can participate. Especially a website for students: www.youthideathon.in has been created where Youth Ideathon can be participated for free. Also, students can submit as many ideas as they want.
500 participants of young innovators will be shortlisted through video interview
Along with the participation of millions of students in Youth Ideathon, 500 participants of young innovators will be shortlisted through video interviews, out of which the top 100 finalists of India@75 Youth Ideathon will be selected. Prizes will be distributed to the participating students in the form of cash prizes, advice, incubation and learning support. Not only this, the organizers have also set a daily webinar along with successful entrepreneurs during the competition.

Wizer Youth Ideathon will get a prize of Rs 1 lakh
The winner of India@75 i.e. Youth Ideathon will get 1 lakh rupees. At the same time, India@75 Youth Ideathon’s first runner up will be given Rs 60,000 and the second runner up will be given as prize of Rs 40,000. Apart from this, 25000 rupees will be given for the best idea by a female student sponsored by Sheetwork. At the same time, 700 more awards will be distributed in the form of top 10 ideas.
At the same time, Best Green Idea, Best Automation and Robotics Idea, Best Finance Idea, Best Health and Fitness Idea, Best Entertainment and Gaming Idea, Best Education Idea, Best Rural Development Idea are also personal certificates and cash prizes of Rs 25,000. Also, Best Space Tech Idea, Best Social Idea and Best Consumer Product Idea have also been included in this list.
