Greater Noida Development Authority has once again taken major action against illegal construction and land mafia. The authority has freed about 18770 square meters of land from encroachment by running bulldozers in Bilaspur area.
Estimated price Rs 37.5 crore
The estimated market value of this precious land is said to be Rs 37.5 crore. The team of Bhulekh and Project Department has taken this action on the instructions of Authority CEO NG Ravi Kumar.
They were trying to plot by making boundaries
OSD Ram Nayan Singh said that the colonizers were trying to plot the land of Khasra No. 100, 104 and 105 of Bilaspur by building houses and boundaries. Those who were warned not to do illegal construction in the notified area without permission or without getting the map passed, strict action would be taken against those who do not do so.
Authority OSD appealed to the people

Don’t waste your hard-earned money in an illegal colony. This action has once again sent a strong message that illegal construction will not be tolerated.
18770 square meter land freed
OSD said that a complaint was received about illegal construction on 18770 square meter land of Khasra numbers 100, 104 and 105 of Bilaspur. The team of Senior Manager Nagendra Singh and others under the leadership of OSD Ramnayan Singh of Bhulekh Department of the Authority took this action in the presence of security personnel of the Authority. Officials have also warned of legal action if construction is carried out again.
