The board of Hindustan Unilever has approved an investment of ₹2,000 crore to enhance manufacturing capacity in fast-growing premium categories across the beauty & well-being and home care segments. “This investment will be done over a period of two years across multiple locations,” said HUL, which owns popular brands such as Surf Excel, Rin, Wheel, Domex, Vim, Cif, and Comfort in the home care segment.

Cochin Shipyard has bagged new shipbuilding orders worth around $360 million (around ₹3,267 crore) from France-based CMA CGM Group to deliver six LNG-powered vessels. With the latest win, the company’s total order book has reached around ₹23,000 crore. A PTI report quoting the Cochin Shipyard chairman and Managing Director, Jose VJ, said the first vessel is expected to be delivered within 36 months, by February 2029, followed by two vessels each year thereafter.

Bharat Forge has inked a pact with VVDN Technologies to explore a strategic collaboration across key technology-driven sectors, including automotive and defence. Under the agreement, the parties intend to jointly pursue opportunities in next-generation technologies across the automotive, defense, AI, and data center domains, the company said in a statement. The strategic partnership is established to drive innovation and jointly develop the next generation of products for the automotive, defense, and AI server platforms, leveraging their complementary strengths in engineering, manufacturing, and technology innovation, it added.

Alembic Pharmaceuticals informed the exchanges that drug regulator USFDA has completed an unannounced cGMP inspection at its injectable facility in Karakhadi, Gujarat from February 9 to February 18 The inspection concluded with two observations. None of the observations is related to data integrity.

Zydus Lifesciences has received final approval from the United States Food and Drug Administration for bosentan tablets for oral suspension, 32 mg. The approved product is the generic version of Tracleer tablets for oral suspension, 32 mg, and is indicated for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH).

BL Kashyap and Sons has secured an order worth ₹300 crore from CRC Green for civil structural works for a Group Housing Project at Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The order has to be executed within 42 months.

Dhabriya Polywoodalong with its wholly-owned subsidiary company, Dynasty Modular Furnitures, has secured orders worth ₹25.30 crore (inclusive of GST) from Godrej Group. Of these, a ₹16.10 crore order pertains to Facade Glazing Aluminum Door & Window works and has to be executed within 24 months. An order worth ₹9.20 crore (including GST) for modular kitchen works has to be executed within 12 months.

Omaxe World Street, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Omaxe, has received a RERA Registration Certificate for two of its projects at Faridabad, i.e. ‘Omaxe Residences’ and ‘SCO Phase-3 Extension’. The certification for the Omaxe Residences project is valid till December 22, 2030, and for the SCO project till August 31, 2030.

Karbonsteel Engineering has won two domestic orders aggregating ₹51.96 crore from leading infrastructure and engineering companies. The contracts involve the manufacture and supply of MS painted fabricated structures and building structural components. The orders are scheduled for completion by May 31, 2026. Pursuant to this development, the company’s total confirmed order book stands at around ₹320 crore, providing strong execution visibility for the upcoming quarters. In addition, the company is actively evaluating and participating in new tenders and inquiries across domestic infrastructure, railway, and industrial segments, while also exploring export opportunities in structural steel fabrication.

Lineage Power, material subsidiary of Pace Digitekhas received a purchase order worth $1,346,210 from Yaqin Chem to supply a Mobile Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) on Gooseneck Trailer (200 KW-1200 KWH Battery) and Mobile BESS on Gooseneck Trailer (200 KW-2500 KWH Battery). The order is to be executed by April 2026.

BGR Energy Systems has opted for the Rajasthan VAT Amnesty Scheme, 2022, to settle outstanding Value Added Tax (VAT) demands for earlier financial years. The company said it has filed the prescribed application under the scheme and made payments towards settlement of VAT demands relating to financial years 2009–10, 2010–11 and 2011–12, in line with acknowledgments received from the Commercial Taxes Department, Rajasthan.H
