VMS TMT Limited Made Its Stock Market Debut on Wedbut on Wednsday Morning, Listing at a 6 per cent premium to its issue price of ₹ 99 per share. The Gujarat-Based Steel Manufacturer Opened at ₹ 104.90 on the Nse And ₹ 105 on the Bse at 10 am, but subsequently declined to trade at ₹ 100.98 by 10:32 AM, Represting a 3.74 per cent drop from the previous close.

The stock has an intraday high of ₹ 105 and touched a low of ₹ 100 during the initial trading session. Trading volumes were robust with 41.22 Lakh Shares Worth ₹ 42.53 Crore changing hands in the first half hour of listing.

Non-Institutional Investors LED the Demand with 227 Times Subscription, Followed by Qualified Institute Buyers at 120.80 Times and Retail Investors at 47.88 Times.

VMS TMT RASED ₹ 148.50 Crore through a fresh issue of 1.5 Crore Equity Shares Price In the ₹ 94-99 Band. The company’s Total Market Capitalization Stands at ₹ 500.78 Based on Current Trading Levels.

Arihant Capital Markets Served as the Book Running Lead Manager for the Issue, while Kfin Technologies ACTED as the Registrar. The stock has been categorized under the ‘T’ group on bse with a 5 per cent price band and 100 per cent margin requirement application application for trading.
