Uttarakhand News: The voice of development and faith will echo in Haridwar, Amit Shah will gift schemes worth Rs 1129.91 crore.

A grand program is being organized in Haridwar today to commemorate the completion of four years of development and good governance in Devbhoomi Uttarakhand. Union Home and Cooperation Minister in this program Amit Shah Has attended as chief guest. During the program, he will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of 39 development projects prepared at a cost of Rs 1129.91 crore in the state. Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami is also present on this occasion.

This program organized in Haridwar is being considered important to present the achievements and development works of the state in front of the public on the occasion of completion of four years of Dhami government. The government claims that in the last four years, Uttarakhand has taken many historic decisions and has set a new example in the direction of development.

Under the leadership of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, the state government has taken many important policy decisions. Uttarakhand became the first state in the country to take concrete steps towards implementing the Uniform Civil Code (UCC). Along with this, efforts were made to further strengthen the law and order by implementing anti-conversion and anti-riot laws.

The government says that development work has been accelerated in the state by keeping service, good governance and public interest at the center. Uttarakhand has secured the first position in the country in the ranking of Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), which reflects the development model of the state. The state has also been ranked in the ‘Achievers’ category in ease of doing business.

Dhami government also launched a big campaign against encroachment

Uttarakhand has also created a new identity in the field of tourism and film shooting. The state has received the national award for ‘Most Film Friendly State’ for four consecutive years. New records are being made every year in the Chardham Yatra, due to which tourism and local economy have got huge benefits. Dhami government also launched a big campaign against encroachment. For the first time in the history of the state, more than 12 thousand acres of land was made encroachment free. Along with this, many schemes were also started to promote sports and provide better facilities to the players.

Government implemented anti-copying law

With the aim of increasing employment opportunities for the youth, the government implemented anti-copying law, after which more than 28 thousand youth were given government jobs through a transparent recruitment process. This program organized in Haridwar is dedicated to the achievements of the state government in the last four years, in which development works, good governance and future plans are being presented prominently. The aim of the government is to take Uttarakhand to a new dimension of development in the coming years.
