Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the final result of Civil Services Examination 2025 on the basis of written examination and interview (Personality Test). The special thing is that the name of Ekansh Dhull of Haryana is also included in the top-3 candidates. Ekansh Dhull is a resident of Panchkula, Haryana. His father BJP leader Krishna Dhull lives in Sector-14 of Panchkula.
Ekansh Dhull has secured 3rd rank in the country in UPSC result. Ekansh Dhull has already been selected in UPSC twice. 25 year old Ekansh Dhull has once again brought glory to Haryana by securing third rank this time.
Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini has congratulated all the youth selected in UPSC. CM Saini has specially congratulated the candidates of Haryana selected in UPSC. The Chief Minister spoke to the parents of Ekansh Dhull of Panchkula, who stood third in All India, over phone and congratulated them. Krishna Dhull thanked Chief Minister Naib Saini.
Whereas Naib Saini said that all the selected candidates should work to strengthen the country by becoming the foundation of the resolve of a developed India. For the golden future of the country, let us move ahead with a strong resolve of serving the country and feeling of dedication towards the society.
The written examination was held in August 2025, while the interviews were conducted between December 2025 and February 2026. Selected candidates have been recommended for appointment to the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Police Service (IPS) and Central Services (Group ‘A’ and ‘B’).
