The notice issued said that under the provisions of Section 29A of the Representation of the Public Representation Act, 1951, 127 political parties of the state have not introduced an annual details of 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24. At the same time, these parties participated in the Lok Sabha elections and state assembly elections after 2019 but did not give details of their expenses. In such a situation, show cause notice has been issued to these parties.

Explain that under the Representation of the Public Representation Act, the Election Commission has to pay its expenses in 75 days after the assembly elections and in 90 days after the Lok Sabha elections. If 127 parties of the state did not give details, they have been issued a show cause notice.
