Rakesh Kumar Rathore ‘Guru’, Minister of State of Uttar Pradesh Government and Minister in-charge of Mahoba district, gave a big gift of development to the district during his one-day visit today.
The Minister inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of development projects costing about Rs 10 crore for various municipalities and nagar panchayats of the district. During this, he made a scathing attack on the opposition parties, especially Samajwadi Party and Congress.
Beautification of temples and emphasis on modern facilities
The minister in charge laid the foundation of beautification of temples, construction of CC road, construction of modern libraries and parks under Vandan Yojana in a series of development works. He announced different important schemes for Mahoba, Charkhari, Kabrai and Kulpahar. A modern library and children’s park will be constructed in Kabrai, while the development of the famous Maa Baghrajan temple in Kulpahar has been given prominence. The Minister said that today the revival of ponds on the ground and shining highways are telling the changing picture of Bundelkhand.
Sharp attack on the opposition: ‘The family is not able to feed’
Along with development works, the minister was seen in his familiar political style. Taking a dig at Akhilesh Yadav’s ‘PDA’ formula, he said that the opposition is restless because their family and workers are not able to feed themselves in the present government. He alleged that when SP is in power, he only remembers his family, but today the work being done in the public interest has troubled him.
Congress cornered: ‘The filth of 75 years cannot be cleaned in 5 years’
Targeting the Congress and the previous governments, Rakesh Rathore Guru said that it will take time to clean up the ‘dirt’ that has been spread in the country and the state in the last 75 years. He said in clear words, “The filth of 75 years will not be removed in 5 years, it will take at least 10 to 15 years.” He claimed that under the leadership of PM Modi and CM Yogi, UP is being looked at with respect in the entire country today.
A large number of BJP workers and administrative officials were present in this program held in the presence of Sadar MLA Rakesh Goswami. The minister reiterated that the government is working with the determination to provide development to every section without any discrimination.
