Chief Minister on rumors spreading regarding alleged shortage of gas and petrol and diesel in Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath Has adopted a tough stance. The CM has instructed the DMs and police officers of all the districts to take strict action against those spreading rumors and black marketing regarding oil and gas. He clearly said that black marketing of gas and oil will not be tolerated under any circumstances and those spreading rumors will not be spared.
Following the instructions of the Chief Minister, social media is being monitored from the police headquarters to the district level. Police of all the districts have been instructed to increase surveillance around petrol pumps, while the district administration and supply department have been asked to inspect gas agencies and shops. Besides, instructions have also been issued to take strict action against those storing gas illegally.
