For this, you will get 90 percent i.e. a currency loan of Rs 1.30 lakh, then you will have to invest only 15 thousand rupees on your behalf. You will have to get the defibing machine, core morning machine, soft touch sealing machine, napkin core dye, UV treatment and with their installations you will get these machines for about 70 thousand rupees. You will have to take wood pulp, top layer, back layer, release paper, gum, packing cover as raw-matterial. It has been said in the report that one month’s Raw-Material will come for about 36 thousand rupees.
What will be the production cost?
According to the report, if work is done for 300 days in a year, then there will be a production of 54000 packets, which will be the cost. 4.32 lakh rupees on Raw-Material, 84 thousand rupees on salary, 27 thousand rupees on administrative expense, 8 thousand rupees on depression, 800 rupees on insurance, 4 thousand rupees on repair maintenance, 18 thousand rupees on interest oni, 18 thousand rupees on sailing expenses 16200 rupees i.e. total expenditure will be Rs 5.90 lakh.
Learn how much will be earned?
The report estimated that if you sell a packet of sanitary napkins in the wholesale market for a price of Rs 13, then you will be able to sell a total of about Rs 7.02 lakh. In such a situation, if your total sales will be Rs 7.02 lakh, then your profit will be around 1.08 thousand rupees, which is reduced by the cost on machinery next year, then your profit may increase further.
