A heart-wrenching incident that puts the sacred relationship of Mamata to shame has come to light from Sehore district of Madhya Pradesh. In village Babri of Rehti police station area, a dark-aged mother, along with her lover, murdered her 9-year-old innocent daughter in a horrific manner, who was becoming a hindrance in her illicit relationship. The police, showing promptness, solved the mystery of this blind murder and arrested the accused mother along with her lover.
Police investigation has revealed that the deceased’s mother Sushma Yaduvanshi was having a love affair with Rahul Yaduvanshi of the same village for a long time. 9 year old daughter Radhika often created obstacles in their meeting. To get rid of this, both of them hatched a well thought out conspiracy.
Mother left the child alone, boyfriend strangled her with his leg
As per the plan, on February 17, at 9 am, Sushma went to work at a dhaba so that the girl could remain alone at home. Taking advantage of this, her lover Rahul entered the house at around 11:30 in the day. He brutally murdered innocent Radhika, who was present there alone, by strangulating her with the clothes (legi).
A false story was created to mislead the police
To protect herself after the incident, Sushma lodged a police report that some unknown person had strangled her daughter to death. Police registered a case under Section 103(1) BNS and started investigation. Under the direction of Sehore Superintendent of Police (SP) Deepak Kumar Shukla and the leadership of Rehti police station incharge Rajesh Kahare, the team of Sub Inspector Nandram Ahirwar reached village Babri.
When the police took suspect Rahul Yaduvanshi into custody and interrogated him strictly and thoroughly, he broke down and confessed to his crime and exposed the entire conspiracy.

Sushma Yaduvanshi (mother of the deceased): Age 35 years, husband- Late. Mehtab Singh Yaduvanshi, resident- village Babri, police station Rehti.
