Despite all the exercises in Uttar Pradesh, the number of deaths in road accidents is not decreasing. The deaths in road accidents till August this year have increased by 17.8 percent as compared to last year. Their number has increased especially in small districts. Shravasti has killed 1700 percent more deaths in August. On the instructions of the government, Prayagraj ranks first in the top 20 districts identified with more accidents.

Explain that in the month of March, the Chief Minister had set a target to reduce the number of deaths in road accidents in the state by 50 percent. Especially the top 20 districts with more accidents were identified and asked to make a strong arrangement to prevent the accident there. Despite this, in the last eight months, there has been any improvement in it, the number of deaths has increased. In the remaining four months, there will also be fog havoc due to the winter season, which increases road accidents further.
