New Delhi. Now only a few days are left for the bugle to sound the 19th season of IPL. Before this T20 league starting from March 28, Lucknow Super Giants captain Rishabh Pant has taken a big step to regain his lost form and pace. A video from Mumbai’s prestigious Cricket Club of India is spreading like wildfire on social media, in which Pant is seen sweating under the watch of Indian cricket’s ‘Sixer King’ Yuvraj Singh.
Rishabh Pant is seen playing aggressive shots in the net in the viral video. Whereas 2011 World Cup hero Yuvraj Singh is standing in place of the umpire and minutely analyzing his every technique. The most special thing about this training session was Pant’s ‘open stance’. Pant is now batting with slightly open legs against left-arm bowlers. Experts believe that this technical change will give Pant more freedom to play big shots in the off-side and cover better angles. This ‘technical reset’, which is being done under the supervision of a legend like Yuvraj, shows that Pant is going to do something big this season.
