SOG has taken three major actions against fake degrees and dummy candidates in Rajasthan. Original candidate and dummy arrested in Patwar Recruitment Examination 2021, similarly, two accused including the main accused, a doctor with MBBS degree from abroad who gave a forged certificate of passing the FMGE examination, have been arrested. Similarly, the accused has been arrested in the paper leak case of Junior Engineer Combined Recruitment Examination 2020 Re-examination 2021 (12.09.2021).
ADG Vishal Bansal said that in relation to the Patwar Recruitment Examination 2021, case number 69 dated 21.10.2024 registered in SOG under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B IPC and 3, 4, 6 Rajasthan Public Examination (Use of Unfair Means) Act 1992, 2 accused were arrested. Has been done.
The examination was conducted using a dummy candidate.
ADG Vishal Bansal told that the investigation revealed that the original candidate Geetesh had given the exam to Neeraj Kumar by using a dummy in his place in the Patwar Recruitment Examination 2021, due to which the accused Geetesh Jadaun got selected for the post of Patwar. While taking action in the case by Research Officer Inspector Seema Pathan, Neeraj Kumar was given date 05.02.2026 and original candidate Geetesh Jadaun was given date 05.02.2026. Arrested on 06.02.2026.
He said that by interrogating both the accused, it will be found out in which other exams they have appeared as dummy or as original candidates. Accused Geetesh Jadaun is currently suspended and was posted in Patwari, SDM office, Sikri district Deeg.
Two arrested in fake FMGE exam pass certificate case
ADG Vishal Bansal said that SOG said that SOG has achieved significant success in the case registered regarding providing to the candidates forged certificates of passing the screening test examination of Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE).
It was told that in this case, accused doctors Piyush Kumar Trivedi, Devendra Singh Gurjar and Shubham Gurjar, who previously obtained MBBS degree from abroad, have been arrested. After these arrests, the main accused in the case, Bhanaram Mali alias Bhanu, had absconded abroad. The team continuously searched for the absconding accused.
Accused Bhanaram Mali arrested
While absconding, accused Bhanaram Mali alias Bhanu kept hiding from India in countries like Thailand, Sri Lanka, Dubai, Kazakhstan, Nepal etc. to save himself from arrest. As a result of the tireless efforts of the SOG team, information was received that the accused is going to reach Delhi on 02.02.2026. Accused Bhanaram Mali alias Bhanu was arrested by SOG team from Delhi Airport on 02.02.2026. The accused is currently in police custody till 07.02.2026.
Provided fake certificate of FMGE by taking money
Investigation also revealed that accused Bhanaram Mali alias Bhanu himself is a doctor with MBBS degree from abroad and he took money from previously arrested accused Piyush Kumar Trivedi, Devendra Singh Gurjar and Shubham Gurjar and provided them forged screening test pass certificate of FMGE exam, on the basis of which these accused applied for internship in Rajasthan Medical Council (RMC).
It was also found in the research that about 73 such candidates, who had obtained MBBS degree from abroad but had not passed the FMGE examination, also prepared similar forged FMGE screening test pass certificates and applied for internship in RMC. In this regard, a new case 8/2026 has been registered separately in SOG on 04.02.2026.
During the investigation of the newly registered cases, Research Officer Jitendra Nawaria, Deputy Superintendent of Police, came to light that accused Indraraj Singh Gurjar himself is a doctor with MBBS degree from abroad and after obtaining MBBS degree from Kazakhstan, he obtained forged FMGE Screening Test Pass Certificate of December-2022 in his name from accused Bhanaram by paying Rs.
On the basis of this, he applied online for internship in RMC and completed the internship from Rajiv Gandhi Medical College, Alwar and obtained provisional registration. Through this contact, accused Indraraj Singh Gurjar also got other candidates forged certificates by taking money. Accused Indraraj Singh Gurjar has been arrested from Dausa. The court has handed him over to police remand till January 10.
Arrest in Junior Engineer Joint Recruitment Exam paper leak case
Vishal Bansal, Additional Director General of Police, SOG Jaipur told that the Junior Engineer Combined Recruitment Examination 2020 was held in December 2020. The said recruitment examination was canceled due to paper leak. In relation to which case number 540/2020 was registered in Sanganer police station. This fact was revealed by many accused arrested in the said case that after the cancellation of the recruitment examination in 2020, again on 12.09. Junior Engineer (Civil) (Degree Holder) Combined Recruitment Examination was held in 2021.
The paper of the said examination was also leaked before the examination and reached the paper mafia. On this basis, a case was registered at SOG police station on 19.01.2026 and Jagdish Vishnoi was arrested. The leaked solved paper of Junior Engineer (Civil) (Degree Holder) Joint Recruitment Examination held on 12.09.2021 was taught to Suresh Kumar by Bhupendra Saran some time before the examination.
By Bhupendra Saran Suresh Kumar son of Durgaram caste Bishnoi (Sau) age 29 years resident of Dadaria Nadi, Chitalwana police station Chitalwana district Jalore. Recently, the paper of Junior Engineer (Civil) (Degree Holder) Combined Recruitment Examination conducted by Assistant Engineer, Public Works Department, Dhorimanna District Balotra on 12.09.2021 was obtained before the examination and the examination was passed through unfair means due to which Suresh Kumar got selected for the post of Junior Engineer in the said recruitment examination. Who was later promoted to the post of Assistant Engineer.
It was told that the recruitment examination of Sub Inspector of Police was from 13.09.2021 to 15.09.2021. Just before that the said paper was also leaked before the examination. At present, interrogation of the accused is going on in all the cases.
