He said, India is a great friend of Israel. Modi is more than a friend to me, he is a brother. PM Modi is the most respected leader in the world. Earlier, the Speaker of the Israeli Parliament welcomed PM Modi. Speaker Amir Ohana welcomed Prime Minister Modi in Hindi and said, Welcome to the Knesset, Prime Minister Narendra Modi. His Hindi greeting created an atmosphere of special enthusiasm in the House. The Speaker said, today it is a matter of great pride for me that I am welcoming the Prime Minister of India. He is the first Indian Prime Minister to address the Knesset and is once again creating history. Thank you, Prime Minister Modi. He described this visit of PM Modi as giving a new height to the growing cooperation and friendship between India and Israel.
