On the 75th birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the BJP started ‘Seva Pakhwada’ in Haryana on Wednesday (17 September). On this occasion, Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini reached Rohtak and planted saplings at Mansarovar Park. He gave a message of cleanliness by putting a broom and then flagged off the Namo Youth Marathon on the theme ‘drug -free Haryana’.
Chief Minister Saini addressed the start of the marathon. He said that programs will be run on the theme ‘healthy women, strong families’ in the entire state from this holy land of Rohtak.
CM said, “Today is a very special day for us. It is not just a birthday celebration, but a celebration of service, dedication and nation building. Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi Zee’s life is an inspirational journey from ordinary family to extraordinary leadership. ”
Resolve to keep youth away from drugs
The Chief Minister said that ‘Namo Youth Marathon’ is not just a sports program but a big message. “We want our youth to leave the dark path of intoxication and move towards sports and fitness. Fitness is not just physically strong, but also mental balance and positive thinking. Such events inspire children and youth.”
In his speech, Saini described the health and empowerment of women as the priority of the government. He said that “If the woman is healthy, the family will be healthy, if the family is strong, then the society and the country will become strong.”
Referring to the schemes of PM Modi, he said that women have got not only health but also economic self -sufficiency through ‘Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao’ to Maternity Vandana Yojana, Jan Dhan account and self -help groups.
CM Saini recalled PM Modi’s ‘Name of a tree mother’ campaign and said, “As much as we do to our mother, the mother should also do it. Global warming and pollution are a threat to the world today, so it is our responsibility to plant and save trees.”
Speaking on the cleanliness campaign, the CM said that “Cleanliness is not only the responsibility of the cleaning staff but the duty of every citizen. The credit for making the Swachh Bharat Mission a mass movement goes to PM Modi and Haryana is also playing an active role in it.”
‘Service is the organization, service only solution’
The Chief Minister said that PM Modi believes that service is the organization and service is the solution. “Instead of getting entangled in problems, we should find a way to solve. A big change can be brought with small efforts. Today we have to take cleanliness, healthy lifestyle and pledge of social service.”
‘Seva Pakhwada’ will run till October 2
This service will start from Pakhwada Prime Minister Modi’s birthday i.e. 17 September to 2 October (Gandhi Jayanti). During this time programs related to plantation, cleaning campaign, health check -up camps, blood donation and social awareness will be organized in the entire state.
