Country star Morgan Wallen walks out with Florida legend Tim Tebow, refuses to Gator chomp

Country music superstar Morgan Wallen is one of the hottest acts on the planet right now and is showing no signs of slowing down any time soon.

His 2026 “Still The Problem” tour has been rolling through the United States and packing seats at every stop, and that wasn’t any different when Wallen made it to the Sunshine State.

His first of two shows in Gainesville, Florida, saw the country sensation playing to a sold-out crowd at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium where the Gators play, and speaking of the Rowdy Reptiles, Wallen had to pick someone for his patented walkout to appeal to the droves of students decked out in orange and blue.

Enter Tim Tebow, the two-time national champion and Heisman Trophy winner. As far as picks go, Wallen knocked this one out of the park.

When in Rome — or Gainesville, rather — right?

Judging by the crowd pop, I’d say Tebow was about as popular a pick as anyone Wallen could have gone with.

The man has a statue outside the very stadium where the concert was held, for crying out loud, so it’s safe to say Mr. Whiskey Glasses did his homework when choosing his walking buddy.

While he nailed it with the Tebow selection, Wallen wasn’t ready to fully ingratiate himself with the Florida faithful.

During their walkout, Tebow performed multiple Gator Chomps to fire the crowd up even more, but when he implored Wallen to join him, the multi-platinum singer respectfully turned him down.

That shouldn’t surprise anyone who is familiar with Wallen, who is an East Tennessee native and noted Volunteers supporter.

Any guy who writes a song called “Tennessee Fan” probably won’t be caught dead doing the Gator Chomp, so I can’t say I blame him.

It will be interesting to see who Wallen taps as his walking mate on night two of his stay in Gainesville.

Rumor has it that Steve Spurrier could be the favorite, which would be hilarious given Spurrier’s history of tormenting the Vols.

Regardless, it’s nice to see a Vol and a Gator being so chummy with each other. A rare sight indeed.

Court Of Arbitration: India rejected the decision of the Court of Arbitration, said- stay on Indus Water Treaty will continue – Mea Statement Indus Waters Treaty Court Of Arbitration Mea Randhir Jaiswal India Pakistan Water Dispute

0

India has taken a very big and tough decision regarding the Indus Water Agreement. India has completely rejected the decision of the Court of Arbitration (Arbitration Court), which was pronounced on May 15. India has made it clear that the ban it had imposed on the Indus Water Agreement will continue in the future also. This decision has been taken keeping in mind the security and sovereignty of the country.

Foreign Ministry spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said that this arbitration court is completely illegal. This illegal court had given a verdict regarding pondage, which India has completely rejected. India says that it has never recognized the formation of this court. Therefore, any action taken or any judgment pronounced by this court is null and void for India. India is not at all obliged to obey any such order.

Why has India called this court’s decision illegal?
India has had a clear stand from the beginning that the creation of this so-called arbitration court in itself is a major violation of the Indus Water Agreement. Even in June last year, India had issued a statement saying that it does not legally accept the existence of this court at all. When the court itself is illegal, then any hearing held before it and any decision made by it will be considered completely illegal.

Why did India put a stop to the Indus Water Treaty?
India has blocked this agreement using its rights as a sovereign nation under international law. India had taken this strict step after the terrible terrorist attack in Pahalgam. India has clearly stated that until Pakistan stops cross-border terrorism completely and forever, this agreement will remain suspended. India will now not compromise on the issue of terrorism.

Can any court investigate this decision of India?
The Ministry of External Affairs has clearly said that as long as this agreement is suspended, India is not forced to fulfill any of its responsibilities under this agreement. No court in the world, especially this illegal arbitration court, can legally examine this decision of India. India is an independent country and has full right to take decisions for its own security against terrorism.

World Hypertension Day: The mental-physical health of youth is deteriorating due to screen time, stress and junk food; Study – World Hypertension Day: Screen Time, Stress, And Junk Food Worsening The Mental And Physical Health Of Youth

Youth suffering from attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) have a higher risk of developing abdominal obesity, which in turn leads to high blood pressure. This has been revealed in a study by Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital and ABVIMS.

Important information regarding the health of the youth has come to light in this. The study reported that youth with combined ADHD had a 2.4 times higher risk of increased waist circumference and a 1.9 times higher risk of increased waist-height ratio. Research has revealed that the relationship between ADHD and obesity becomes stronger with increasing age.

Although the study did not find a direct statistical association with high blood pressure, there was a clear trend for blood pressure to increase with age in youth with ADHD. The study was conducted on young adults, especially college students, in Delhi-NCR. This study has been published in the American Journal of Human Biology.

It has been told inside that pre-hypertension and central obesity are already a matter of concern among the youth in Delhi. In such a situation, this research shows that mental health should also be given an important place in the prevention of non-communicable diseases (NCDs).

These habits are spoiling your health
The researcher of the study, Dr. Lokesh Shekhawat, Professor, Department of Psychiatry, RML Hospital, said that due to ADHD, immediate reaction without thinking and behavior without thinking increases. This leads to unhealthy eating habits, low physical activity and poor lifestyle habits, which increase the risk of obesity and high blood pressure in the future.

Get counseling if needed
According to Dr. Shekhawat, if ADHD is identified timely and managed properly, then problems like obesity and hypertension can be prevented to a great extent. He advised the youth to have regular blood pressure check, balanced diet, daily exercise and seek counseling if needed. He said that in urban areas like Delhi-NCR, symptoms of ADHD and obesity are increasing rapidly due to stress, irregular daily routine, junk food and increasing screen time.

protect yourself like this
  • Get your blood pressure checked regularly
  • eat a balanced diet
  • exercise daily
  • If you experience problems like concentration or hyperactivity, consult a doctor.

Thousands protest at Eurovision final as five countries boycott over Israel | Protests News

0

Spain, Netherlands, Ireland, Iceland and Slovenia all withdrew in protest against Israel’s participation in the midst of its war on Gaza.

As the Eurovision Song Contest took to the stage for the Saturday night final in Vienna, thousands protested outside against Israel’s inclusion, and five countries boycotted the event over the genocidal war on Gaza.

Protesters marched through the Austrian capital to highlight what critics described as a double standard. The European Broadcasting Union (EBU) organisers refused to exclude Israel, despite banning Russia following its invasion of Ukraine four years ago.

Eurovision, which attracted 166 million viewers last year, is seeing the largest boycott in its 70-year history.

Spain, the Netherlands, Ireland, Iceland and Slovenia all withdrew because of Israel’s inclusion, with some of their national broadcasters refusing to air the show.

Spain’s Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez, who has emerged as one of Israel’s strongest critics in Europe, said on Friday that the decision puts Spain on “the right side of history”.

Last month, more than 1,000 artists called on fans to boycott Eurovision in an open letter against Israel’s participation. Among the artists were outspoken critics of Israel, Macklemore and Paloma Faith. Macklemore has released songs protesting against Israel’s war in Gaza.

Double standards

On Monday, Amnesty International Secretary-General Agnes Callamard denounced the EBU for allowing Israel to participate.

“The failure of the European Broadcasting Union to suspend Israel from Eurovision, as it did with Russia, is an act of cowardice and an illustration of blatant double standards when it comes to Israel,” she said.

Reporting from Vienna, Al Jazeera’s Charlie Angela said 2,000 demonstrators gathered in the city earlier on Saturday to protest against Israel’s participation.

Angela reported that protesters accused the competition of normalising Israel’s actions in Gaza, adding that Eurovision was “bending over backwards” to justify including Israel while excluding Russia.

Russia has faced a widespread cultural boycott following the Ukraine invasion. It is banned from international football tournaments, and FIFA and UEFA have excluded Russian domestic teams from all competitions, including the Champions League.

The winner of Eurovision will be selected by both a professional jury and TV viewers voting for their favourite act.

Austria won the competition last year, with Israel second.

The Israeli government was later accused of unfairly influencing voting. New rules have since been introduced.

Delhi: Rejuvenation campaign of 101 reservoirs becomes hope for relief from water crisis, Sandhu starts collection campaign – Massive Campaign Launched To Rejuvenate 101 Reservoirs Of Delhi

0

A big initiative has been started in the capital to get relief from the scorching heat and deepening water crisis. Lieutenant Governor Taranjit Singh Sandhu on Saturday launched the water harvesting campaign of DDA from the District Park in Paschim Vihar. Under this, in the first phase, 101 major reservoirs of Delhi will be rejuvenated, the direct objective of which is to revive the groundwater going into the abyss of the capital.

This initiative assumes significance as Delhi was historically known for its stepwells, reservoirs and natural streams, which have fallen victim to urbanization and encroachment. The Lieutenant Governor said that this is not just a project to beautify the water bodies, but a concrete step towards ecological balance and sustainable urban development.

Preparation to save monsoon water
The Lieutenant Governor directed that the restoration work of all the 101 reservoirs identified under the first phase should be completed by August 30 under all circumstances. The main strategy behind this is that the dredging, excavation and cleaning work of these reservoirs should be completed before the onset of monsoon rains. The natural catchment channels of these reservoirs are also being cleaned, so that every drop of rain water reaches these ponds without any obstruction and can seep into the ground and increase the ground water level.

Special focus on Dwarka-South Delhi
DDA has a total of 822 reservoirs, out of which 424 have been selected for rejuvenation. Work on 101 of them has been started on war footing. The areas most affected by water crisis have been given priority in this scheme. Of these 101 reservoirs spread over an area of about 155 hectares (383 acres), maximum 22 reservoirs are in Dwarka zone. Apart from this, 13 reservoirs in South Delhi, 17 in Rohini and 6 in Narela will be rejuvenated. The 1.47 hectare reservoir in the district park of Paschim Vihar from where the campaign started is also included in this list.

STP will be installed in the second phase
The outline for the second phase of the campaign has also been prepared, which is targeted to be completed by May 2027. This phase includes fencing the reservoirs, strengthening embankments and setting up small sewage treatment plants (STPs) where possible, so that only clean water remains in the reservoirs. Plantation will be done on a large scale around them, so that these areas can also act as the ‘lungs’ of Delhi. On this occasion, MLA Karnail Singh and DDA Vice President N. Sarwan Kumar was also present.

Ponds will be visible again on the map
Under the mega campaign, 101 reservoirs located in different corners of Delhi are being revived. In these…
  • Dwarka area includes Bamnoli, Hasanpur, Jharoda Kalan, Kharkhari Road, Tikri Kalan, Chhawla (two reservoirs), Pindwala Kalan (three reservoirs), Jhuljhuli (two reservoirs), Qazipur, Rewala Khanpur, Baprola (two reservoirs), Kamaruddin Nagar, Mundka, Bakkarwala (two reservoirs), Hastsal and Deendarpur.
  • In South Delhi, the face of Rajpur Khurd, Maidangarhi, Kishangarh, Chirag Delhi, Rangpuri (two reservoirs), Kapashera, Mahipalpur, Rajokri (three reservoirs), Madangir and Ghitorni will be changed.
  • In Rohini region, Katevada (two reservoirs), Sultanpur Dabas, Rani Kheda (two reservoirs), Madanpur Dabas, Nangal Thakran (two reservoirs), Chandpur, Budhanpur Majra (two reservoirs), Jatkhod, Bawana, Garhi Randhala (two reservoirs), Savda and Nithari have been selected.
  • Bankner (two reservoirs), Mamurpur, Tikri Khurd (two reservoirs) and Lampur from Narela zone are part of the list.
  • Akbarpur Majra of Northern and other areas, Alipur, Bakhtawarpur (three reservoirs), Budhpur Bijapur, Hiranki (two reservoirs), Ibrahimpur, Kheda Kalan, Nangli Poona, Samaypur, Siraspur, Tigipur, Sahipur, Burari and Kamalpur Majra Burari (four reservoirs), Shahbad Mohammadpur, District Park of Paschim Vihar, Madipur (two reservoirs), Kilokri, Kalindi Aviral. (Three reservoirs), Ghonda Gujran Khadar, Usmanpur, Khooni Lake (Serpentine Lake) of KN Ridge, Jharoda Majra, Todapur (Three reservoirs), Tihar Lake, Harsh Vihar Pitampura, Reservoirs of Rohini Sector-20 and 23, Rithala, Subhash Camp of Badarpur, Smriti Van Narela, Aastha Kunj of Kalkaji and Bhalswa will be given new life.

NASCAR tire carrier saves reporter from runaway pit box before Craftsman Truck Series race

The NASCAR Cup Series All-Star race is on Sunday at Dover International Speedway, but there was a wild scene on Saturday when one pit crew member put his body on the line to save a reporter in the path of a runaway pit box.

Friday night was the Craftsman Truck Series race, and of course, before the race, teams have to set up their pit boxes.

However, as it was being moved into position, Spire Motorsports went rogue and started barreling toward the pit wall.

People could be seen scrambling to get out of the way, but Donovan Williams, tire carrier for Daniel Suarez’s No. 7 team in the Cup Series, tried to stop it from hitting Fox pit reporter Amanda Busick.

No one was seriously hurt, but Williams did sustain some minor injuries and was taken to the hospital and released overnight, according to Fox Sports.

Now that is just downright heroic.

Unfortunately, this has ruled Williams out of the pit stop challenge that is part of the All-Star weekend festivities, but hopefully, he’s on the mend and will be back in action sooner rather than later.

This just serves as a reminder of why you’ve always got to be paying attention and aware of your surroundings when you’re in the pits.

I’ve been lucky enough to hang around the pits at a few different races, and it’s one of the most electrifying things you can experience. That said, I’m always kind of in awe of how sideways it could go in an instant if you’re not paying attention.

I mean, in this incident at Dover, everyone was paying attention, and it still got dicey.

I’m just glad everyone is going to be okay, and maybe they can throw some brakes on those pit boxes if they don’t have them already.

Rick Harrison of ‘Pawn Stars’ says workers seeing ‘astronomical’ tax returns

NEWYou can now listen to Fox News articles!

“Pawn Stars” personality Rick Harrison told Fox News that workers at his Las Vegas businesses are seeing “astronomical” boosts to their tax returns thanks to President Donald Trump’s small business tax policies.

Appearing on “Saturday in America,” Harrison told Fox News host Kayleigh McEnany that policies like tax-free overtime and equipment write-offs have injected a major boost into Nevada’s economy.

“I’ve had at least 10 employees tell me that their tax return was kind of, you know, they considered it astronomical. It was, like, twice what it normally is, and it just helps out,” Harrison said on Fox News.

Harrison, famous for running the Gold & Silver Pawn Shop featured on the hit television series “Pawn Stars,” also owns a restaurant and bar in Las Vegas, employing about 80 workers overall.

He noted that things like full equipment depreciation, tax-free overtime and the up to $25,000 exemption on tips have increased employee take-home pay while incentivizing business owners to ramp up spending.

“The full depreciation on equipment is a godsend to so many businesses,” Harrison noted.

He stressed the impact of Trump’s “No Tax on Tips” policy, describing it as a game-changer for Sin City’s service workers.

“There’s no tax on the first $25,000 in tips, which is really, really huge,” Harrison said. “There is a lot of single moms and things like that that are service workers, and that just — it changes everything — the no tax on tips, especially in Nevada.”

“The last guy in office, all we heard was that we were the evil people, we were the bad people, everything else like that, we don’t pay our fair share,” Harrison said.

It comes as Las Vegas undergoes a shift of its own amid declining tourism.

Despite hardships hitting the popular destination, Harrison previously told Fox News Digital his store experienced record-breaking months in January and February.

NEET-UG Paper Leak: The heat of CBI investigation reached the government official linked to NTA, questions were divided into lakhs of rupees – Neet Ug Leak Cbi Probing Role Of Nta-linked Public Servant

0

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has now started investigating the role of a government official associated with the National Testing Agency (NTA). This investigation by CBI has revealed that the original paper was leaked several days before the examination and a very large and vicious network was working behind it. After this revelation, there has been a huge stir between the education department and 23 lakh students.

CBI has told the court that the accused arrested in this case had hatched a deep conspiracy with an NTA official. Accused Manisha Sanjay Waghmare, who was arrested on May 14, and Chemistry lecturer PV Kulkarni, who was arrested on May 15, have revealed many big secrets during interrogation. According to the investigating agency, Manisha Waghmare had received the exam question papers and their answers on April 27 itself. After this he sold these questions to Dhananjay Lokhande and other accused arrested from Ahmednagar for lakhs of rupees.

What game did Biology lecturer Manisha Mandhare play in the paper leak?
In this case, CBI has also arrested Biology lecturer Manisha Mandhare on Saturday. Manisha Mandhare was a part of the special committee of NTA which prepares the NEET paper. According to the CBI, Mandhare had full access to the question papers of Botany and Zoology. He had organized special coaching classes for children at his home in Pune in the last week of April. In this class, he made the children memorize leaked questions and their answers by charging a fee of lakhs of rupees. Investigation found that all these questions had appeared exactly the same in the real examination held on May 3.

How did the chemistry experts memorize the questions and erase the evidence?
Like Manisha Mandhare, Latur based chemistry expert PV Kulkarni also misused his position. Kulkarni has been a part of the panel that sets the NEET paper for many years. CBI says that Kulkarni had also called students at his home in the last week of April and got them to write the paper questions and their answers. Fearing that they would be caught, Kulkarni and Manisha Waghmare had completely destroyed all the handwritten question pages after the examination ended on May 3 so that no evidence was left.

What action did NTA take after the cancellation of NEET exam?
This NEET examination was conducted on May 3 in 551 cities and 14 foreign centers across the country. About 23 lakh candidates had participated in this big examination. According to the National Testing Agency (NTA), on the evening of May 7, four days after the examination, they had received secret information about paper leak and rigging. Soon after, the next morning, NTA handed over the matter to central agencies for independent investigation. After the truth of rigging came to light, this examination has been completely canceled and CBI teams are rapidly investigating the matter.
