Striking a pose against the outdoor patio, the movie star showcased her athletic figure in a textured, ribbed white bikini. The look was accessorized with a pair of oversized, mod-style white sunglasses with dark lenses. Holding her small, fluffy dog close, the birthday girl appeared relaxed and radiant while clutching a festive disco ball cup.

The festivities continued with a wardrobe shift that matched the desert’s color palette. The “Pitch Perfect” alum modeled a pink ribbed-knit maxi dress with a sleeveless cut and kept her white-framed sunglasses on for the photo. Accessorizing with large gold earrings and a stack of bracelets, she posed against a pink wall that matched her outfit.

A final photograph from the collection showed a cozy interior living room, where the 40-year-old sat on a luxurious, plush green velvet sofa. The space was perfectly decorated for the milestone, featuring multiple gold, green, and white balloons. Beyond the birthday celebrations, the “Hunting Wives” star has been vocal about the journey that led to her current sense of calm. During an appearance on “The Drew Barrymore Show” in November, she got candid about the “chaos” of starting her career at just 3 years old.

A viral video showing an airport baggage handler tossing guitar cases roughly onto the tarmac at Los Angeles International Airport is sparking outrage online and larger concerns about how airlines may be handling passengers’ belongings.

The clip, reportedly filmed at Los Angeles International Airport, appears to show an airport worker roughly throwing multiple guitar cases from a luggage cart onto the ground.

College student Nick Ruiz, 21, who filmed the incident, said he spotted the scene while walking through Terminal 4 after arriving from Los Angeles, news agency Jam Press reported.

“The whole situation felt wrong,” Ruiz told the agency.

He said he began recording his video out of concern for the instruments.

Gary Leff, a Texas-based travel expert and author of the blog “View From the Wing,” did not personally observe the incident but watched the video. He told Fox News Digital that while the video may appear shocking, this type of handling is not uncommon, in his experience.

“Airlines usually say behavior like this is unacceptable when a video comes out, but it’s actually fairly standard,” Leff said, expressing his point of view.

He noted that checked baggage, even when labeled “fragile,” is not always treated with the extra care some might expect.

“Bags are designed to protect their contents,” he said, adding that flight passengers should avoid checking high-value or delicate items whenever possible.

“Probably the number-one photo I see most often [on] social media about airlines is damaged bags,” he said.

The video quickly gained traction on social media, with many viewers criticizing what they described as careless handling of expensive equipment.

“Absolutely disgraceful,” one user wrote on TikTok.

“It’s the fact that it takes the same amount of effort or less to place them down calmly,” another user wrote. 

“As a musician, this breaks my heart.”

Many commenters shared similar frustrations, highlighting both the financial loss and emotional impact.

“That’s easily $3,000 of equipment, by the way,” a commenter wrote.

Others said the clip helps explain why luggage and fragile items often arrive damaged after flights.

Airlines are required to accommodate musical instruments either as checked baggage or carry-on items, depending on size and space availability, according to the U.S. Department of Transportation.

For larger instruments that cannot fit in overhead bins, some airlines allow passengers to purchase an additional seat to keep the item with them in the cabin.

The department recommends that travelers who check their instrument mark the case as “fragile” even if in an instrument-shaped case.

The 2026 NFL season is opening on a Wednesday night, and the reigning Super Bowl champions will be involved. 

The Seattle Seahawks, who took down the New England Patriots in Super Bowl LX to climb back atop the football world, will play host to a team to be announced later to kick off the 2026 season on Sept. 9 – a rare Wednesday game. 

While the NFL has had to play on a Wednesday due to scheduling conflicts in the past, or on holidays, this occurrence has to do with the league’s latest international debut of its product.

The Los Angeles Rams and San Francisco 49ers will be playing in Melbourne, Australia, with the game kicking off at 10:35 a.m. local time on Friday. Back home, it will be 8:35 p.m. ET on Sept. 10, which is a Thursday night compared to Friday morning in Australia. 

“We are thrilled to kick off our season in Melbourne, enhancing an already historic moment for both the NFL and the Rams,” Rams Head of International, Stephanie Cheng, said in a statement.

For the Seahawks home opener, this will mark the first time since 2012 the NFL opened its season on a Wednesday night. It was the New York Giants hosting the Dallas Cowboys at MetLife Stadium, where they received their Super Bowl rings from the season before. 

Unlike this year’s scheduling, where another NFL game conflicted with the league’s plans, Barack Obama’s Democratic National Convention speech was later that week in 2012. The league understandably didn’t want its start to the season overshadowed.  

As the league continues to expand, especially international, with a record nine games set for the 2026 season, there could be football played on more Wednesdays in the future. 

The NFL is reportedly considering adding a Thanksgiving Eve game, which would be the Wednesday before their usual three-game stretch on Thanksgiving night, as it continues to explore new broadcast windows. ESPN reported the move could come as early as the 2026 season. 

A “Black Friday” game has already been played the last three seasons, making a Wednesday contest on Thanksgiving Eve not a wild thought.

“Every offseason we look for new opportunities to best serve our fans in the schedule-making process,” the league said Wednesday in a statement. “As Commissioner Goodell has said, Thanksgiving and NFL football have become synonymous and given the continued growth of fan interest around our games on Thanksgiving and Black Friday, looking for additional opportunities tied to this special holiday is exciting for us to explore.”

The full NFL schedule will be released on May 13 for every team in the league.

But Iran has completely rejected this claim of Trump. A senior Iranian official clearly said that the war will end only when Iran wants and its conditions are met. Iran has rejected America’s proposal, calling it ‘far from reality’. Iran has set many strict conditions to end the war. These include stopping all enemy military actions, guaranteeing no future attacks, compensating for war damages, and ending conflict in the entire region. Iran has also demanded recognition of its rights over the Strait of Hormuz.

On the other hand, America’s conditions are also quite strict. The US wants Iran to end its nuclear program, stop uranium enrichment, close its nuclear sites and allow a full investigation by the international agency. Instead, America is talking about lifting the ban. Meanwhile, attacks between Iran and Israel continue. America and Israel are jointly targeting Iran’s missile bases, while Iran is also retaliating. At present, both sides are adamant on their stance, which makes it clear that this tension in West Asia is not going to end soon.

Joe Flacco may be 41 years old, but he still thinks he has plenty left in the tank.

The Super Bowl XLVII champion signed a one-year deal with the Cincinnati Bengals to be Joe Burrow’s backup, but he wants much more than that.

“Not being one of those guys to go sign somewhere, yeah, it pisses me off a little bit,” Flacco said.

He then added a parting shot at just about every team in the league.

“And believe me, I wish I was the guy somewhere, and I think teams are dumb for not having me be that guy,” he said.

Flacco started last season for the Cleveland Browns and was their Week 1 quarterback, but with two rookies in Dillon Gabriel and Shedeur Sanders in the wings, the writing was on the wall.

Cleveland traded him to Cincinnati after Burrow suffered a serious turf-toe injury, and he found some success. Flacco played well despite going 1-5 as a starter with the Bengals. He threw for at least 200 yards in four of his six starts, and the Bengals’ offense averaged more than 27 points per game.

But with his success, despite his wishes to be a starter, it’s a good consolation prize.

“I feel like I have unfinished business. That’s part of why I’m here and still playing and doing all those things…” he said. “I had a lot of fun with Joe, and Joe’s the guy.”

Flacco, who was Super Bowl MVP with the Baltimore Ravens during the 2012 season, has played for the Broncos, Jets, Eagles, Jets again, Browns, Colts, Browns again and the Bengals.

He has thrown for 48,176 yards, 272 touchdowns and 172 interceptions in 19 seasons. He is 10-6 in the playoffs with 3,530 yards passing, 26 touchdowns and 12 interceptions.

Last year both the leaders met in October
When asked if the war would be over by the time of the May meeting, Leavitt said, “As I have said, we have always estimated about four to six weeks.” Trump and Xi last met in person in October on the sidelines of the APEC summit in Busan, South Korea. During a meeting with Irish Prime Minister Michelle Martin in the Oval Office last week, Trump said he would visit China in five or six weeks instead of at the end of the month.

He had said that he would reschedule his visit to China. Trump said we are working with China, he was fine with that. I look forward to meeting President Xi. I think he is looking forward to meeting me.

Tension continues in West Asia
It is noteworthy that on February 28, America and Israel had launched a joint attack on Iran, in response to which the Islamic State’s retaliatory action spread the war to the entire Gulf region. Iran’s supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei was killed in the attack by America and Israel. The joint strikes came days after Trump stepped up pressure on Tehran to agree to a new deal over its nuclear program. The conflict has also taken a toll on energy supply chains, especially across the Strait of Hormuz.
