Poco X4 Pro 5G First Impressions: Best upgrade from the previous model!

0

Poco X4 Pro 5G is the best smartphone of this time. Last year, the company launched Poco X3 Pro, which stands near the flagship level smartphone and X4 is its next model. Costs are continuously increasing in the smartphone industry. Instead of increasing the price of the smartphone, Poco has fitted a lighter processor in the upgrade. Reiterating the X series means that fans currently waiting for the Poco F1 will be disappointed. But that’s not so bad, as the Poco X4 Pro 5G proves to be an all-rounder compared to its predecessor.

Poco X4 Pro 5G Its price in India is Rs 18,999. There is no doubt that to a large extent these smartphones have been recently reviewed by us. Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G Is like. The rear panel of the Poco phone is different and there is some difference in the specifications. But the body proportions and dimensions of both the phones are the same. All ports and buttons have the same location. The charger and USB cable of both the smartphones are also similar. Even their boxes look similar, except for the print material used on them.

poco
The weight of Poco X4 Pro 5G is 205 grams which is 3 grams more than the weight of Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G. This could be because of the camera module. If seen carefully, the cameras are also fitted in the same position in both the phones. Along with the primary camera, AI is also printed on the same empty space as seen in Redmi phones.

There is a difference visible in the back finish of Poco X4 Pro 5G. Apart from Poco’s signature yellow color, this phone also comes in Laser Blue and Laser Black. All of them have a pattern of lines like the one seen in laser stage lights. When the phone is shaken, lights are seen coming out from both the corners. Poco’s logo is given in big letters in the camera module. This is a brand that mostly doesn’t go into details in its design but it looks quite good in its black unit.

It has a 64 megapixel camera. We will test it in the full review to find out whether it has actually been downgraded or not. Apart from this, you get 8 megapixel ultra-wide camera, 2 megapixel macro camera and 16 megapixel front camera.

The phone has Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC and 5000mAh capacity battery with 67W fast charging. The phone has a 6.67 inch Super AMOLED display with 120 Hz refresh rate. Gorilla Glass 5 protection has been provided in it. Stereo speakers are provided in the phone. It comes with dual 5G support but the SIM tray is hybrid. For connectivity, it is equipped with Wi-Fi ac, Bluetooth 5.1 and GPS. An infrared emitter is also provided at the top of the device. Apart from this, 3.5mm audio jack is also available in it.

Poco X4 Pro 5G has Android 11 based MIUI 11 skin. It seems that Poco was trying to provide an enabled app drawer by default. But apart from that, everything else is the same as in the first model. It is expected that Android 12 update will also be given in it.

img
The base variant of Poco X4 Pro 5G has 6 GB RAM and 64 GB storage. The price of the variant is Rs 18,999. The price of its 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage variant is Rs 19,999. Apart from this, there is also an 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage variant which comes for Rs 21,999. Poco is also offering offers and exchange bonuses for customers of some banks.

Poco was considered by Xiaomi as a brand focusing entirely on youth. Now the company is on a new path. There are already many smartphones of Redmi Note 11 series available in the market and they seem to be competing with each other even on price point. In such a situation, it becomes very difficult for you to choose a better phone among these.

It may not seem right to focus too much on the similarities found between the two smartphones, but these are the first impressions of this smartphone. It is very difficult to ignore these facts. We will do a full review of this device so that you can know everything about it in details. Till then stay tuned to Gadgets 360.

Oppo K10 Review: How much competition will it give in the budget?

0

Oppo has launched budget-friendly K-series smartphones in China in the last several years. Now the company has brought this series to India, which it has started with Oppo K10. Some of the highlights of the phone include IP54 rating for dust and water protection, scratch resistant design and some camera improvements. It is said that Oppo K10 comes with average specifications in India.

The smartphone market is flooded with handsets in the sub Rs 20,000 range, which include handsets with 5G, high resolution cameras, super fast charging, stereo speakers and even IP rating. Will Oppo K10 be able to maintain itself in this race? Let us know.

Oppo K10 price in India

Oppo K10 The price of 6 GB RAM variant in India is Rs 14,990. The price of its 8 GB RAM variant is Rs 16,990. Both these variants have 128 GB storage. The phone comes in Black Carbon and Blue Flame color options.

Oppo K10 design

Despite being low-budget, Oppo has made the look of this phone quite attractive according to this price segment. I really liked its bright and dynamic look of blue color. Matte finish has been given in the frame of the phone and the back panel also has the same element in most parts. Its smooth texture does not allow fingerprints to come in easily. I even tried scratching the back panel with my fingernail as per Oppo’s claim but there was no mark on it. Even without the case it probably won’t cause you any problems.
oppo
Its rectangular camera module is reminiscent of the Oppo A76 but there is a separate bright area around the phone’s camera bump. There are some things written here like ‘Super Performance’ and ’10-K’. Oppo says this is simply a part of the phone’s design, whereas I was initially thinking it had to do with the phone’s name.

Headphone jack is provided at the bottom of Oppo K10. There is also a speaker here, but the earpiece is used for stereo sound. Fingerprint sensor is provided in the power button.

The phone has a 6.59-inch LCD display with Full HD Plus (2412×1080 pixels) resolution and 90Hz refresh rate. This is a standard looking beautiful panel. Brightness and colors are quite good. A cutout has been provided for the selfie camera, which looks quite modern. You will get to see thick bezels around the entire display.

oppo
The box of Oppo K10 comes with a transparent case and a 33W SuperVOOC charger along with some other accessories. The quality of the case is quite good, it gives all-round protection to the display. It also protects the edges and ports of the rear camera. The finish of the phone is quite smooth, so this case prevents the phone from slipping from the hand.

Oppo K10 specifications and software

The IP54 rating given in Oppo K10 is one of its special features, because IP53 rating is seen in other competitors in this price range. In terms of dust protection, it will perform like other smartphones, but in terms of water protection it should be better.

The company has used Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor in it. It does not support 5G connectivity, but is quite powerful. You will also see the same processor in handsets like Realme 9i and Redmi Note 11. Apart from this, the phone also has features like dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5, GPS and FM radio. Its battery capacity is 5,000mAh. With 33W fast charging, it charges very fast. A dedicated microSD card slot is also provided in the SIM tray. It supports up to 1TB storage.

oppo
Oppo K10 smartphone comes with Android 11 based ColorOS 11.1. There are many pre-installed apps on the phone but most of them can also be removed. Some apps provided by Oppo like Theme Store and Game Space were seen sending spam notifications at times. Oppo has not promised updates for a long time. Therefore, it cannot be said whether there will be any update in it even after Android 12 or not.

Oppo K10 performance and battery life

The 6GB variant of the Oppo K10, which I tested, performed very well during the review. The phone remained quite fast in normal use and the fingerprint sensor never failed. It also has face recognition, which works well even in low light. K10 also has RAM expandable feature which is set to 2GB by default. But I didn’t feel the need to increase it. By the way, it can also be expanded up to 5GB.
oppo
It was fun watching and listening to videos with the phone’s display and speakers. But the left and right channels are not well balanced. The primary speaker is noticeably louder than the earpiece, but that’s better given the absence of stereo sound. The display can be read comfortably even in direct sunlight.

The gaming performance of the phone is quite good. However, the best experience was not found in most heavy games like Asphalt 9: Legends and Call of Duty Mobile. The visuals were a bit disappointing. Call of Duty’s visuals improved slightly after turning the graphics to ‘Very High’ settings. Most advanced graphics settings were not available.
In terms of battery life, Oppo K10 performed well. On a single charge I was able to use the phone for almost two full days. The phone also performed well in our HD video loop test and lasted about 15 hours. It is not the best, but quite good. The battery can be charged faster. The phone gets fully charged in about an hour.

Oppo K10 cameras

Oppo K10 has a 50-megapixel main camera, along with depth and macro shooters. You don’t get an ultra-wide camera, which may be a disappointment. I would have preferred to have an ultrawide camera instead of the other two 2-megapixel cameras on the phone. This is not the case only with K10. recently Realme 9 5G The same thing was seen in I too when the ultra-wide camera was missing from the phone. There is a 16 megapixel camera in the front for selfie.
img20220319133255
img20220319133352
The camera app seems to be standard, similar to what we’ve seen on recent Oppo phones. There are some features in this phone that I have not seen before. One of them is the AI Palette feature. You’ll find this in the Edit menu of Photo Gallery. Through this you can apply different color tones on the photo. This is very useful for those who like editing with their photos. Apart from this, there is an AI re-touch slider through which the level of beautification on people’s faces in photos and videos can be adjusted. But it works only in rear camera. The phone also has Oppo’s Bokeh Flare Portrait filter which we saw in the Oppo Reno series.
img20220321221503
In good lighting the main camera was able to capture good looking photos. In direct sunlight or mildly backlit, the Oppo K10 struggled a bit with exposure. However, the landscape shots were good. Close-up shots taken outdoors were also good. The macro camera did not impress with its quality.

Colors were good in low-light landscape shots but details were lacking. There was a blooming effect when taking photos in front of a light source, which got resolved after turning on night mode. However, even after this there was not much difference in the details. Close-up shots taken in low-light were also good.

img20220321220744
img20220319133307
Selfies taken outdoors were good. The camera was saving them in full 16 megapixels. Edge detection was not very good in shots taken in portrait mode. Selfies taken in low light were average and lacked details.

The Oppo K10 smartphone can only shoot videos up to 1080p. You will not get stabilization in this. There’s also no separate stabilization mode, even if you keep the resolution at 720p. Talking about quality, videos were being recorded usable in daylight, but this was not the case at night.

Verdict

Oppo K10 recently launched in terms of design and specifications Oppo A96 Very similar to. Due to the stereo speakers, macro camera and IP54 rating in the phone, it seems to be more value for money. The battery life of the phone is quite good. You will like its fast charging, attractive display and all-round performance. The price of the phone is also good, but keep in mind that there are 5G options also available in the market at the same price. For example, the Poco M4 Pro 5G is a good option, with an IP53 rating. Redmi Note 10S A bit old but still a good phone at the same price as the K10.

The biggest weaknesses of the Oppo K10 are its poor video recording performance and the absence of an ultrawide camera. If you are not very interested in photography or videography, then this can be a good option for you. The base variant of Oppo K10 offers the best value.

Realme 9 5G Review: Will not disappoint the ordinary user

0

Realme has added Realme 9 5G and Realme 9 5G Speed Edition to the Realme 9 series. This was a bit surprising because the company had already launched three smartphones of this series in the last 2 months. This series brings more options in a wider range. This is a good thing in a way but sometimes it also creates confusion among the users. In this review I will talk more about Realme 9 5G. We will see how it competes with other smartphones in the same price range.

Realme 9 5G price in India

Realme 9 5G Its price in India is Rs 14,999 in which 4 GB RAM and 64 GB storage variant of this smartphone comes. At the same time, the price of its 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage variant is Rs 17,499. The smartphone is available in two colors, in which the option of Stargaze White and Meteor Black is available. I had the Stargaze White variant.

realme 9 5g design

The Realme 9 5G has a familiar design and looks reminiscent of all the company’s smartphones I have used before. A camera hole is provided in the left corner of the large display of the phone. The borders on the top and sides are quite thin but the chin is quite thick. It does not burn much and is compatible with smartphones in this price range. Realme has used plastic for the frame and back panel, due to which the company has managed to limit its weight to 188 grams, which seems quite light.
realme
There is a power button on the right side of the phone on which a fingerprint scanner is provided. The volume buttons are given on the other side. All buttons are easy to reach when used with one hand. The phone is quite thin and its thickness is only 8.55mm.

A 3.5mm headphone jack, primary microphone, USB Type-C port and loudspeaker are provided at the bottom of the phone. Whereas the top side is completely empty. The back side of the phone is completely flat and the edges are curved, which makes the phone very comfortable to hold. At the rear, three cameras are provided in a rectangular module which feels slightly protruding. Because of this the phone does not remain stable on a flat surface, which I did not like.

Patterns have been given on the back panel with stargaze white finish, which appears to change color when seen in light. Fingerprints appear on the panel but are not easily visible. A clear case for the phone is also available inside the box.

Realme 9 5G specifications and software

Realme 9 5G has a 6.5-inch LCD display with Full HD+ resolution. It has a 90Hz refresh rate. The weight of the phone’s performance rests on the MediaTek Dimensity 810 5G octa-core processor. The device has a 5000mAh battery, which supports 18W fast charging. The charger comes with it in the box. The SIM tray has space for two nano SIMs and a microSD card. This phone has Bluetooth 5.1, dual band Wi-Fi and 6 satellite navigation system.
realme
Talking about the operating system, it runs on Realme UI 2.0 based on Android 11. The March 2022 Android security patch was installed on my unit. The user interface is quite simple, especially if you are using a Realme phone for the first time. You can toggle between the three-button layout or swipe gestures for navigation. It also has a Smart Sidebar feature, which gives quick access to your favorite apps and actions.

In Realme UI 2.0, you get many types of personalization options, in which you can change the icon style, color scheme, font and icon layout. The Realme Lab section inside the Settings app also gives you experimental features to try out. One such feature is that of Sleep Capsule which does not let you use apps after a certain time, so that you can sleep without any disturbance.

I found a large amount of pre-installed bloatware on the device. During the review, I kept getting spam notifications from some apps like FinShell Pay and Theme Store, but you can also remove third party apps.

Realme 9 5G performance and battery life

The performance of Realme 9 5G was quite good in general use. The refresh rate switches between 60 and 90 Hz, depending on what you’re doing on the phone. You can also lock it at 90Hz to make scrolling smoother.

The experience of watching videos on the phone was good but the sound of the single speaker was not very loud. In this case, Redmi Note 11 gives it a tough competition, which has dual speakers along with AMOLED display. Its side mounted fingerprint scanner is quite fast and it did not take more than one attempt to unlock the phone. The face recognition feature of the phone is also quite fast.

realme
My review unit had 6GB of RAM, plus 5GB of the storage can be converted to virtual RAM. Multitasking is smooth in the phone. I was able to quickly switch from one app to another without having to reload any app in the background. The app loading time of the phone is also less.

Talking about benchmark scores, the phone achieved a score of 372,099 points on AnTuTu. Its score was 609 in the single core test of Geekbench 5 and 1,830 in the multicore test. The phone achieved a score of 3,475 in the 3DMark Sling Shot test.

Common games were running smoothly on the phone. Even the Call Of Duty: Mobile game ran at medium graphics and medium frame rate settings by default. When I played the game on the phone for 15 minutes, the battery went down by 4 percent. There was almost no heat in the phone.

realme
Realme 9 5G offers good battery life and you can comfortably use it for about one and a half days on a full charge. The phone lasted 16 hours 38 minutes in our HD video loop test, which is a good time. The 18W charger supplied with the phone charges it 27 percent in 30 minutes and 52 percent in an hour. It takes a little more than 2 hours to fully charge the phone.

Realme 9 5G cameras

Realme 9 5G has a 48MP primary camera, whose aperture is f/1.8. It captures 12 megapixel photos by default. Ultrawide camera is not provided in the phone. Its other two sensors are black and white portrait and macro. The phone has a 16 megapixel selfie camera. Many features and shooting modes are available in the camera app. Quick toggle button is also provided for HDR and AI mode. A Street Mode is also provided in the phone which gives high-contrast and high saturation effect while taking photos.
realme
The day-light camera performance of the phone is good. It was able to absorb light well and automatically turn on HDR mode when the brightness was too high. The AI mode seemed too aggressive with greens and made trees and other green objects look too artificial. The primary camera of the phone clicks good shots but when viewed in zoom, the details get reduced a bit. The phone should have had an ultra-wide angle camera with which a lot could have been done.

Close-up shots of the phone were good and background blur was also well maintained. Portrait shots were sharp and edge detection was good with no background blur. Macro shots came out average and the resolution was only 2 megapixels.

realme
realme
realme
The phone’s low-light camera performance in regular photo mode was quite average. Photos looked soft and distant objects had a water color-like effect. Not much difference was visible even when using night mode. Even though it brought out details in darker areas, there was a yellow tint to it, as if a filter had been used. The shots were also stabilized so there was a lot of blur visible.
realme
realme
Selfies looked good even in daylight or low light. Using screen brightness in low-light gave good results. Portrait selfies were good, but the phone was using the beautification filter by default.
realme
realme
The phone can record video up to 1080p with the primary camera and selfie camera. By default it does not stabilize the footage. It has an Ultra Steady mode, which crops the frame slightly to stabilize the footage, which makes the video better. Light grains were visible in low-light footage.

Overall, the camera performance of the Realme 9 5G was quite good during the daytime, but the phone seemed to struggle in low-light.

Verdict

Realme has launched so many smartphones in the range below Rs 20,000 that it becomes difficult to differentiate its models and series from each other and not understand which phone to choose. Realme 9 5G has simple design and specifications which I think will not attract much. Hardware features of the phone Realme 8S 5G Meet a lot. It seems that the company has downgraded some specifications of the older models to keep the price of the phone low.

The 6 GB RAM variant of Realme 9 5G comes for Rs 17,499, which comes with similar specifications to the Rs 500 more expensive Realme 8s 5G. Realme 8s 5G has a 64-megapixel camera and 33W fast charging, which makes it more value for money.

The base variant of Realme 9 5G comes for Rs 14,999. I found it to be more value for money than the other units I tested. If you are an ordinary user then you can check out this phone. But I would suggest you Redmi Note 11 Go for , because it also has AMOLED display, stereo speakers and 33W fast charging support. It does not have 5G connectivity but currently no network provider in India is providing this service. Therefore there is no harm in taking Redmi phone.

Realme 9 5G First Impressions: Best budget smartphone for 2022?

0

Realme has recently launched many affordable smartphones in India like realme c35Realme 9 5G, and Realme 9 5G Speed Edition have been launched. Before this, the company has also launched Realme 9i. Today we take a look at the new Realme 9 5G, which the company has launched as an all-rounder budget phone. But is this really an all-rounder phone in a budget in 2022? Is it equipped with all the features you expect in 2022 in its price range?

Realme 9 5G Its price in India is Rs 14,999. This is the introductory price of this phone, in which its base variant comes with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. At the same time, the price of its 6GB RAM and 128 GB storage variant is Rs 17,499. An instant discount of Rs 1,500 is also being given to customers purchasing it through SBI and ICICI Bank cards. The sale of the phone has started from March 14. At the same time, its powerful version Realme 9 5G Speed Edition is priced at Rs 19,999 in India, in which it comes with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant. The price of 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant of this phone is Rs 22,999.

As its name also suggests, this is a phone with 5G connectivity. This is a big deal in itself because it is one of the few phones with 5G connectivity in the range of around Rs 15,000. 5G network is expected to be launched in India by the end of the year. But in exchange for 5G, won’t you have to compromise on some other features inside this phone? Let us know.

In Realme 9 5G, you get a 6.5-inch FHD+ display, whose refresh rate is 90Hz. It has MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC, which supports 5G. The phone has a 5000mAh battery, but the charging speed is limited to 18W. The charger found in the phone box is quite big. You will also get general location services along with Wi-Fi AC, Bluetooth 5.1 in the phone.

Realme 9 Speed Edition In comparison, the main specifications of the phone are a bit lighter, but their camera configuration is the same. The phone has a 48-megapixel primary camera and a 2-megapixel macro camera. Apart from this, there is another camera, which the company calls Black and White Portrait Lens. You will not get an ultra-wide camera in this, which you may find disappointing. A 16-megapixel camera is provided in the front for selfie.

realme
The body of Realme 9 5G is made of plastic. The build quality of the phone is good but does not impress so much for the first time. Like the previous models, this time there is no attention-grabbing element in the rear panel. The phone can be purchased in Stargaze White and Meteor Black colors. I have got its Stargaze White variant, which appears to emit light pink and yellow hues at certain angles. Meteor Black is plain and simple. The thickness of the phone is 8.5mm and weight is 188 grams.

The phone is easy to hold. Access to the power button is also easy and a fingerprint scanner is also provided in it. SIM tray (Nano SIM) is provided with microSD card slot on the left side. Volume buttons are also provided on this side. The bottom of the phone includes USB Type C port, 3.5mm jack and speaker.

Realme 9 5G will not attract you with its design. The phone does not have such special specifications that it can become a priority for people. If you are one of those people who do not pay attention to gaming and photo quality and use the phone with some apps on daily basis, then this is a very powerful phone for you. However, I will give it a full review for its performance, camera, software, battery life, display etc. Till then stay with Gadgets 360.

Motorola Edge 30 Pro Review: Flagship performance in a budget!

0

Motorola Edge 20 series was launched by Motorola last year. The Edge series is quite premium compared to the company’s G-series and E-series budget smartphones, with the help of which Motorola also competed in this premium segment. Edge 20 and Edge 20 Pro smartphones fall in the segment below Rs 30 thousand and Rs 40 thousand respectively. Now the company has launched Edge 30 Pro as an upgrade model of Edge 20 Pro, which has been brought with the aim of providing tremendous performance. Motorola has given Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 in this phone. Besides, an attempt has been made to keep the price of the phone low accordingly. If you’re looking for an Android phone with the most powerful processor at the lowest possible price, is the Motorola Edge 30 Pro the only option? Find out in my review.

Motorola Edge 30 Pro price in India

Motorola Edge 30 Pro The price in India is Rs 49,999 and it comes only in 8GB RAM and 128GB storage model. The option to increase the storage is also not given. The company has introduced it in Cosmos Blue and Stardust White color options.

Motorola Edge 30 Pro design

The design of Motorola Edge 30 Pro is approx. Edge 20 Pro Same as. I got the Cosmos Blue option for review which I found quite premium. The phone has a large 6.7 inch display and a small camera hole is provided at the top. Thin bezels are found on the edges of the display. The back panel is made of glass with curved sides, making the phone comfortable to hold. The phone is quite big and weighs 196 grams, which is also felt when held in the hand. The frame of the phone is plastic which does not suit a flagship phone.

The power and volume buttons of the smartphone are placed on the right side and in my opinion, they are set a little high. The left frame of the phone is kept blank. Since the fingerprint scanner is embedded in the power button, I had to frequently pull my thumb upwards to unlock the phone. The company could have placed the power button at the bottom and the volume buttons could have been given on the left side. Only the secondary microphone is provided in the top frame of the phone, while the SIM tray, primary microphone, USB Type-C port and loudspeaker are provided in the bottom.

motorola

The camera module in the rear panel is given in the top left corner. It doesn’t protrude much, but looks beautifully integrated into the rear panel. The phone does not appear raised even when kept on a flat surface. To protect the primary camera from scratches, Motorola has given a metal ring around it. The phone gets IP52 rating, so it is dust proof and can avoid getting damaged even in light splashes of water.

Motorola Edge 30 Pro specifications and software

Motorola Edge 30 Pro has a 6.7-inch FullHD Plus AMOLED display, which comes with HDR10+ certification and a maximum refresh rate of 144Hz. The viewing angles of the panel are good, and its brightness was adequate when taken outdoors. The company has given DC dimming option in it, which helps in saving power by reducing the brightness. The front of the phone has the protection of Corning Gorilla Glass 3, which is a bit surprising, because the protection of Gorilla Glass 5 is provided in the back panel. Stereo speakers in Edge 30 Pro come with support for Dolby Atmos.

The most special feature of the phone is its Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. Currently, this is the most powerful processor available in any Android phone. iQoo 9 Pro And Samsung Galaxy S22 The same processor is given in the series also, but the price of these smartphones is quite high.

motorola
Motorola Edge 30 Pro has support for Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi 6, 13 5G bands, NFC and six satellite navigation systems. Motorola claims that more 5G bands can also be activated through a software update. Motorola Edge 30 Pro supports two Nano SIMs and supports dual 5G and dual 4G VoLTE.

Edge 30 Pro has a 4,800mAh battery with 68W fast charging. Charger is included in the box. With 15W capacity, it also supports wireless charging. Apart from this, with 5W wireless power sharing capability, it can also charge other Qi supporting devices and accessories.

The phone runs on the company’s My UX skin based on Android 12. The January 2022 Android security patch was installed on my unit. The company says that apart from Android 13, the phone will also get update to Android 14. Besides, Android security updates will also be available for three years. Motorola’s customizations don’t seem intrusive in the interface. The UI with stock Android 12 comes with large toggle buttons and an indicator when the camera or microphone is in use. The shape, color and font style of the icons can be customized. But, you cannot change the accent color of the UI based wallpaper. I would have liked this feature. This feature is available in Realme 9 Pro+ and Google Pixel running on Android 12.

motorola
The user interface of the phone is very easy to use. There is also support for Moto Gestures, through which you can perform many types of actions. These include some of Moto’s traditional gestures like double chop to toggle the flashlight and double crank to launch the camera. Many more actions can also be activated with the help of Moto app. I really liked its power-touch gesture. In this, on double tapping the power button, a panel appears in which shortcuts to preset contacts and apps are available. Apart from some Google apps, I found only Facebook preloaded in it and it can also be removed.

Motorola Edge 30 Pro performance and battery life

The Motorola Edge 30 Pro is the first smartphone I used with the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. The processor is very fast and whenever I tried to do something on it, the activity loaded instantly. Scrolling was very smooth thanks to its 144Hz display. The AMOLED panel of the phone shows attractive colors and the contrast is also quite good. The experience of watching videos with the help of stereo speakers was also good. One thing I noticed is that the speakers are not well balanced. The side-mounted fingerprint scanner felt a little out of reach, but was easily able to unlock the phone accurately.

The phone scored quite well on benchmark apps. Its score on AnTuTu was 9,41,189. The phone scored 1,194 in the single-core test of Geekbench 5 and 3,542 in the multi-core test. It managed to maintain 81 frames per second in GFXBench’s Car Chase test. Here I noticed that the phone was getting hot due to the load on the processor. Due to this the battery was also draining quickly.

motorola
No lag was observed while playing Call Of Duty: Mobile. The fun in the game doubled due to stereo speakers. However, after 20 minutes I found that the phone had become hot and the battery was also quite drained. Looking at its benchmark test and gaming experience, I can say that the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 is a very powerful processor. But when there is load, its efficiency starts decreasing slightly.

As for battery, the phone lasted 13 hours and 38 minutes in our HD video loop test, which is a pretty average performance considering its battery capacity. With full charge, I was able to use it throughout the day under normal use. But when using the camera and gaming, I soon felt the need to charge it. With 68W fast charging, the phone got 78 percent charged in 30 minutes and was fully charged within an hour.

Motorola Edge 30 Pro cameras

The phone has three high resolution cameras, of which the highest resolution is a 60 megapixel selfie camera. There is a 50-megapixel primary camera in the rear, which comes with optical image stabilization. Its aperture is f/1.8. The secondary camera is a 50-megapixel ultrawide lens, whose field of view is 114 degrees. The third sensor is a 2 megapixel depth lens.
motorola
No changes have been made to the camera app. It has the same camera features which are also seen in Edge 20 Pro. With the help of dual capture, you can record video using two cameras. It also has an audio zoom feature, which focuses more on the sound of the subject when zoomed in on it.

Details are good in photos taken during day time and this phone is quite fast in terms of focus. The dynamic range of the photo is quite good. The primary camera and wide angle camera capture good colors, but details were lacking and barrel distortion was also visible.

Close shots taken with the phone’s camera were quite good and textures were also maintained well. The phone would prompt to switch to macro mode when the subject came too close. Since it uses a 50-megapixel camera for macro shots, the results were captured with great detail. Edge detection in portrait shots was also good.

motorola
motorola
Low-light photos weren’t impressive and the phone was unable to capture details in dark areas of the frame. With Night mode on, it was taking 3 seconds to capture a photo but the highlights would be missed. I thought it better to take a regular shot instead of night mode, because there was not much difference in details with night mode.

The photo taken from the selfie camera was quite good. Photos came out better even during the day and in low light. The phone was also able to capture selfie portraits better. The results were better when shooting in low light with extra light source.

With the primary rear camera, Motorola Edge 30 Pro can shoot videos up to 8K. But videos can be shot only up to 4K with the selfie camera. The sharpness of footage shot at 1080p in daylight was a bit excessive, but 4K footage was better. Video stabilization was good. Low-light footage was also fine, but there was more grain when shooting in 4K.

Verdict

Motorola Edge 30 Pro smartphone has come as a big upgrade of Edge 20 Pro. It can compete even in the price segment above its price. The highlight of the phone is its processor. If we leave aside the need for improvement in low-light conditions, the camera performance will also be said to be good. Motorola has increased the competition by bringing this device at a price of Rs 49,999.

However, the Edge 30 Pro falls a little short of the title of perfect smartphone. It is powerful, so it gets hot quickly. There was no problem in normal use, but the phone gets hot while playing 3D games. If you don’t have much problem with this, then you will like this phone very much. But if you like to play a lot of games on your phone, then Asus ROG Phone 5s In this case, a slightly lower price becomes a better option.

Redmi Note 11S Review: What else is special apart from 108 megapixel camera?

0

Xiaomi is back again with its new series. The company launches so many phones in the mainstream smartphone market that customers have no dearth of options. No matter what your budget is, there is some Xiaomi phone available for you in the market. Now other companies also seem to be adopting this strategy, which creates confusion in the market, but at the same time there are many options to choose from.

Latest example of this new Redmi Note 11S Can be considered. This is a 4G smartphone which surprises us, because before this the company Redmi Note 11T 5G Had launched. The biggest attraction of the Note 11S phone is its 108-megapixel rear camera. This is the same sensor which the company launched last year. Redmi Note 10 Pro Max Was used in. But this time the starting price of the phone has been kept low. However, soon Redmi Note 11 Pro series will also be in the market. So where does Redmi Note 11S fit in this series? And, is it worth it for you to buy this phone as your next smartphone? Decide with the help of this review.

Redmi Note 11S price and variants

Redmi Note 11S comes in three variants. The price of its 6GB RAM and 64GB storage variant is Rs 16,499. Whereas, for 6GB RAM and 128GB storage its price becomes Rs 17,499. The top end variant comes with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, which is priced at Rs 18,499.

redmi note 11s design

The design of the Redmi Note 11S is quite simple for my liking. Its blue and polar white color variants still attract some attention, but the black unit I had for review felt quite boring. The build quality of its plastic frame and back panel is quite good and the phone was quite comfortable to hold. Weighing in at 179 grams, it doesn’t feel heavy and isn’t too thick either. The main camera of the phone is slightly protruding from the other cameras. The phone does not seem stable when kept on a flat surface.

Xiaomi has given a 6.43 inch AMOLED display in the phone, whose peak brightness is 1000 nits. The remaining features of the display cannot be called extraordinary. It has a peak refresh rate of 90Hz and a basic touch sampling rate of 180Hz. Corning Gorilla Glass 3 has been provided for screen protection. The FHD+ resolution of the display delivers sharp visuals and vibrant colors. By default the refresh rate is set to 60Hz, which you have to set manually to 90Hz.

redmi
The phone has dual nano SIM support and a microSD card slot is provided. The card slot would be useful as the maximum built-in storage on the phone is only 128GB. The device has dual speakers, Type-C port and IR emitter. Apart from this, headphone jack is also available. The phone comes with IP53 rating for dust and water resistance, which is very rare in this price segment. The box also comes with a 33W fast charging adapter, USB Type-C cable, SIM ejector tool and a case (cover).

Redmi Note 11S specifications and software

This latest smartphone of Redmi is equipped with MediaTek Helio G96 which is powerful but its efficiency is low, because it is made on the old 12nm fabrication process. Redmi Note 11S supports dual-band Wi-Fi ac, Bluetooth 5, and all basic satellite navigation systems. It has a 5,000mAh battery, which lasts for at least a full day on a full charge.

The Redmi Note 11S phone runs MIUI 13, which is based on Android 11, not Android 12. If you have recently used any Xiaomi phone, then you will find this phone easy to use. Many apps come pre-installed in the phone. Apart from this, themes, shortcuts and gestures are also present. All third-party apps that come with the phone can be removed, but first party apps like Mi Pay etc. cannot be removed.

Redmi Note 11S performance and battery life

It handles basic games and apps easily. Some apps that come with MIUI 13 like GetApps can cause spam. A capacitive fingerprint sensor is provided in the power button, which worked well in my use. Because of the AMOLED panel, you can take advantage of features like always-on display. This could have been more beneficial, but it is only active for 10 seconds. Therefore, it cannot be called an ‘always on’ display in the true sense.

The experience of watching videos on the display was good, but the sound from the stereo speakers was not well balanced, as the bottom speaker was providing clearer sound quality compared to the earpiece. Games ran fine, but some heavy games could only run at low graphic settings. For example, the Call of Duty: Mobile game did not offer the option of ‘High’ settings in graphics. The gaming experience was smooth, but not like it usually is.

redmi
Xiaomi says that it has a liquid cooling system, which keeps the phone cool during heavy use. But, after playing Call of Duty for 30 minutes, both the back panel and frame of the phone became quite hot. In test scores, the phone performed as expected. Its benchmark scores were lower than the scores of Redmi Note 11T 5G with MediaTek Dimensity 810. The phone scored 3,10,732 on AnTuTu and ran at 51fps on GFXBench’s T-Rex test.

The battery life of the phone is quite good. With a capacity of 5,000mAh, it lasts the whole day. The phone has 33W fast charging support, with the help of which the battery gets charged very quickly.

Redmi Note 11S cameras

If we look at the camera specifications of Redmi Note 11S, it has a 108-megapixel Samsung HM2 sensor, which is the main camera of the phone. By default it captures 12 megapixel photos, but you can also capture photos in 108 megapixel resolution. In bright sunlight, the details in the photo were good, but the saturation of the colors was too high. After the Pro Color mode given in the camera, the intensity of the colors increased further, due to which the photos started looking artificial. With 108 megapixel resolution, the results were good and the color balance appeared to be good. The things in the photo appeared to be largely natural in color.
redmi
The phone struggled with autofocus when taking close-up shots with the main camera. Correct focus was achieved only after tapping the viewfinder several times. In low-light, the main sensor seemed to fail to capture good photos. Here, there was not much difference in photo quality even at 108 megapixel resolution. After that using night mode was the last option. After switching to this, the camera took several seconds to take a shot but the detail and exposure became better. One thing that was surprising was that you cannot use night mode with ultrawide or selfie cameras. It hurts a lot.
day
img
landscape
close
Talking about its 8 megapixel ultrawide camera, the colors looked correct in the photos taken during the day time which is a good thing. In low-light, the photos became quite blurred and the colors were also disappointing. The phone has a 2 megapixel basic macro camera. Therefore its results were also not good. Apart from this, a 2 megapixel depth sensor is also provided.
night
ultra wide
The selfie camera is 16 megapixels and the results were good in photos during day time. However, the sharpness appeared slightly higher in portraits. Selfies taken indoors with ambient light were much better, but outdoors at night, the photo quality dropped drastically.
selfie
The Redmi Note 11S can only record videos up to 1080p. Stabilization is available in video. Video quality was average during daytime. The video quality in low-light was quite poor and was disappointing for a phone in this segment.

Verdict

Regarding Redmi Note 11S, it can be said that it can be an alternative till the arrival of Redmi Note 11 Pro series. And, if you’ve made up your mind for a Redmi phone then you came last year Redmi Note 10 Pro You can see which proves to be a better option at the same price. The 108-megapixel camera of Redmi Note 11S is its biggest attraction, otherwise if we look at the other sensors, this phone will be called average. At this price, its processor is also not that powerful and also 5G connectivity is not provided in the phone.

I believe that you should wait for a few days before buying this phone, because better options are going to be launched in the market soon.

Herbal farming started 25 years ago, leaving bank job, expectation for farmers

Dr. Rajaram Tripathi (Twitter/@RajaramTripath7)

Today, even though farmers across the country remain in continuous losses due to the rising cost of farming and the falling prices of crops, but there is no possibility of loss in farming being done by Dr. Rajaram Tripathi out of the box. Rather, the benefit in it is constantly increasing. The biggest thing is that only natural resources are used in the methods of cultivation of Dr. Rajaram Tripathi. Due to which no pollution is spread in the earth, air and water and the quality of crops remains intact. Dr. Rajaram Tripathi has also been honored for this. The Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India has also made him a member of the Medicinal Plants Board.

Dr. Rajaram Tripathi not only cultivates herbal plants himself but has also added other farmers in many areas of Chhattisgarh to cultivate herbs and spices with them. By joining them, farmers are cultivating herbal plants and spices on more than a thousand acres of land in Chhattisgarh today. Dr. Rajaram Tripathi has also formed an institution to protect farmers from the trap of traders, named the Central Herbal Agro Marketing Federation. About 22000 farmers across the country are connected to this institution and they sell their crops through it. The number of foreign buyers on their website is very high. Dr. Rajaram Tripathi has also worked to train hundreds of farmers for the cultivation of herbal plants and spices.

Yogi government took a unique initiative to double the income of farmers

Dr. Rajaram Tripathi is very disappointed that the way the cultivation of herbal and spices should be developed in the country, it is not being done. There is a market of organic farming of about 60 trillion dollars in the whole world. In which India is very low, while there are many possibilities in India. The more biodiversity with India, the more countries of the world have. Still India is far behind in this direction. While many countries with limited biodiversity are far ahead in the export of medicinal plants from India.

Plan to increase farmers’ income by cultivation of Australian teaspage and black pepper in Uttarakhand

Dr. Rajaram Tripathi believes that the farmer here can easily complete the raw materials that Ayurvedic medicine needs in the country. This will reduce the pressure of Ayurvedic pharmaceutical companies on the forests and will also protect forests. It is necessary for herbs to protect the forests from tribes and other people living in the forests, because they harm forests.

Dr. Rajaram Tripathi says that he has been cultivating medicinal plants and spices and said that it has been almost 25 years. Now their talk is being taken seriously among the farmers. Doctors Tripathi are cultivating black rice along with black pepper, stevia as well. Dr. Tripathi also believes that farmers should leave the confidence of the government and find a new market for their crops and do new experiments. Regarding the market of medicinal plant, Dr. Tripathi believes that even big companies are also dependent on the yield of forests. But this method is not going to last long, because it is increasing pressure on forests. Therefore, cultivation of medicinal plants is the way from which water, forest and land can be protected and farmers can also be protected.

Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra First Impressions: Powerful flagship with better camera!

0

Samsung launched three flagship smartphones in the Galaxy S series in February. These include Galaxy S22, S22+ and S22 Ultra. These three devices replaced the Galaxy S21 series smartphones. This time the Galaxy S22 Ultra has been launched with special feature S Pen Styles. S Pen was seen in the Galaxy Note series of the company. The design from the remaining two smartphones of the series in Galaxy S22 Ultra is also given different. Apart from this, powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor is also available in it, along with some best camera specifications make the phone special.

Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra The price in India starts at Rs 1,09,999. Is this ultimate Android flagship at this price? I spent some time with this phone, on the basis of which I am telling you the impression before this.

Samsung Galaxy S22 And Galaxy S22+ Almost the entire design is given like the S21 series. But Galaxy S22 Ultra It is slightly different from them. Its design gives a glimpse of the Galaxy Note 20 series. However, Samsung did not launch any successor.

The Galaxy S22 Ultra looks with the shade shape of Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. The curved metal frame has a large display curve. The phone is comfortable in holding and its curves do not feel the width of its large display. The top and bottom part of the phone is completely flat.

The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra has a silo (place to hold a pen hold) for its S Pen. This is the first time in the Galaxy S series. The phone has a 5,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging support. But for this you have to buy charger separately. The weight of the phone is 229 grams which feels heavy in the hand but still the weight has been well balanced. Both handsets and s pen come with IP68 ratings that are capable of dust and water.

samsung
The rear panel of the phone has a quad camera setup but five different circles come out of the panel for the lens instead of a single module. The primary camera is 108 megapixels with Phase Detection Autofocus (PDAF). There is a 12 -megapixel ultravide angle camera with a 120 degree field of view. The third sensor is a 10 -megapixel telephoto camera with a 10x optical zoom. The fourth sensor is a 10 -megapixel telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. The front has a 40 -megapixel selfie camera. Samsung claims that the phone can have better low-light photography and it has been called by the company Nightography. I will test it in full review.

Talking about the display, it has a 6.8 -inch QuadHD plus panel which comes with HDR10+ certification. Its maximum refresh rate is 120 Hz. Depending on what you are doing on the phone, it can take the refresh rate down to 1Hz. The display shows deep black that I liked very much. The peak brightness of the display is described as 1750 notes, so that it can be read easily in direct sunlight. Stereo speakers increase the phone’s overall experience.

samsung
In India, we have seen the Exynos processor in Samsung phones, but this time the company has given Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor in the phone changing the trend. The phone has 12 GB RAM and out of the storage, you can choose 256 GB and 512 GB. The 256 GB storage variant is priced at Rs 1,09,999 while its 512 GB variant is priced at Rs 1,18,999. It can be purchased at a low price under pre booking offers. Galaxy Watch 4 you can get you with huge discounts on pre -booking the phone. S22 Ultra has been launched in Fantum White, Fantum Black and Burgundy color variants.
samsung
This flagship of Samsung comes with Android 12 with Oneui 4.1. My unit was given the Android Security Patch of February 2022. The company has promised to upgrade the operating system for four years and provide security updates for five years. According to which I used the phone, the phone is very fast. If you are a Samsung user for a long time, then you will also like the user interface.

The build quality of Galaxy S22 Ultra is greatly affected and its camera specifications are also attractive. It seems that Samsung has launched the features of Galaxy S and Galaxy Note Series in one phone for the purpose of giving the best flagship. The phone comes with the merits of both series. Comparing the Galaxy S21 Ultra, the price has been increased slightly. But, the phone also has many characteristics and it is economical compared to Apple iPhone 13 Pro. I will save my decision for its performance, camera, battery life and other features until the phone testing is over. The full review of the device will be given soon, for that stay with Gadgets 360.

Realme 9 Pro+ Review: Best Value for Money!

0

Realme 9 Pro+ is the latest player in the company’s big and dilemma -filled smartphone lineups. In the journey so far, Reality has been carrying forward the lineup with its core model. But this time the Realme 9i came first in the Realme 9 Series. After that Realme 9 was expected, but instead the company has launched Realme 9 Pro and Realme 9 Pro+.

Reality 9 Pro Plus has been launched to compete with mid-range smartphones such as Xiaomi 11 series and OnePlus Nord series of Xiaomi. Now, these questions are made that Realme 9 Pro+ What is new in? Is it Realme 9 Pro Is there a premium smartphone compared to? So without delay, the answers to these questions are known in this review.

Realme 9 Pro+ Price in India

Realme 9 Pro+ comes in three variants. Its base variant has 6GB RAM and 128GB storage, which costs Rs 24,999. The second variant comes with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, which costs Rs 26,999. While the top variant comes with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, and it is priced at Rs 28,999. I have reviewed its top variant.

Talking about its price, the new smartphone is Realme’s own Realme GT Master Edition Competes with, as the price of GT Master Edition starts at Rs 25,999, which is only Rs 1000 more than the base variant of 9 Pro+. There are some specifications in GT Master Edition, which are better than 9 Pro+, such as its 120Hz refresh rate. However, 9 Pro Plus has a better primary camera and optical image stabilization (OIS), which is not in the master edition. It is a good thing to have more options, but this does not reduce the dilemma among customers about the lineup. Your choice will finally depend on what you want … a good camera or display?

Realme 9 Pro+ Design

Realme 9 Pro Plus also seems to be walking step by step with the trend of color changing smartphones. The company has launched the phone in three finish, including Midnight Black, Aurora Green and Sunrise Blue. Only Sunrise Blue Finnish is going to change color in sunlight, just like Vivo v23 Pro I get to be seen in. In indoor, its bright sky blue color finish turns into a maroon color in sunlight. However, I did not find it as attractive as I did not like to convert from Golden of V23 Pro to green color. Overall, it does not take much premium to see the phone’s look, as its rear glass panel fingerprint catches up very quickly.
Realme
If you keep the color changing panel aside, then the design of the phone looks similar to other reality smartphones. Its frame is of polycarbonate, which has side flats and is pressed between two layers of glass. The phone is quite slim and its thickness is only 7.99mm. Being only 184 grams in weight, it is quite comfortable in one hand use.
Realme
The phone’s display is flat and a selfie camera has been given in the hole punch. It has an in-display fingerprint reader and the company also gives a heart rate monitoring feature in it, but at the same time it is said that it is only an experimental feature. To use it, it has to go to the Realme Lab section in the Settings app. In its design, I did not like thick chin under the display.

Realme 9 Pro+ Specifications and Software

Realme has given MediaTek Dimensity 920 processor in this phone, which was recently seen in the Xiaomi 11i series. This processor runs at a maximum clock speed of 2.5GHz and is made through 6 nanometers of frabrication process. The phone supports several 5G bands and comes with dual 5G standby. It has a Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2 and general satellite navigation system. The phone has a 4,500mAh battery, which is soon charged with the 60W Quick Charger found with the box. Realme 9 Pro and 9 Pro+ are among the first smartphones that run on the Realme UI 3.0 based on Android 12. The phone has many unwanted apps already installed with the phone, which can be removed, but there are some native apps of realmes that cannot be removed.
Realme UI 3.0 is not much customized like Vivo’s Funtouch OS and this stock gives experience like Android. This makes it feel like Android 12 with the new Material You design. Realme’s UI widgets are very low compared to Vivo or Samsung, so the widget of Android 12 does not look unusual on the home screen.

The designs and fonts of Realme UI 3.0 look the same, until you go to the Privacy Dashboard in Settings. Here you get stock material you UI, which looks completely different. According to Reality, some sections of Android 12 (Privacy Dashboard, Permissions Manager, Digital Wellbeing) are necessary stock looks, even if there is a skin on the operating system. I saw some minor problems related to the theme in it, such as the grade-out of the text on expanding notifications in a bridge-down tray while using dark mode.

Realme
The phone has a dynamic themeing system, as is found in Android 12 on a Pixel device. This feature picks up colors with selected wallpaper and applies them to some elements of interfaces such as notification tray togle, settings menu icon etc. Here you can also choose color from wallpaper yourself. I found that Google apps and Google Keyboard’s Android 12 widows do not change color with the rest of the UI, as they do on the pixel device. In short, I need to do a little more work in this area.

Realme 9 Pro+ Performance

The Reality 9 Pro Plus has a 6.4 -inch AMOLED display, with a protection of Corning Gorilla Glass 5. The color looks very saturated in the default vivid color setting. So I set it on natural mode. The display can also be easily read in sunlight. I did not get the Netflix app, as I had a pre-production unit. But I used video streaming on Amazon Prime, which was a very good experience. In the phone HDR mode, showing the right colors was seen to be a little mistake and the color faded a bit. Reality has said that this problem will soon be abolished through updates. Standard definition was fine, in which black (color) was quite deep. With the help of stereo speakers, the experience of watching the video became better, as the sound was quite loud and clear.
Realme
The refresh rate of the display can only be switched between 60Hz and 90Hz. Even after setting on 90Hz, it goes to 60Hz while playing the game and it becomes 90Hz as soon as it comes back to the phone interface. Even after opening the YouTube app, it was locked on 60Hz, while the video seen on the screen was running on 30fps. This means that it only reaches 90Hz on the interface of the phone.

Talking about benchmark scores, the phone did not disappoint and performed equal to its rivals. The smartphone score on AnuTu was 5,07,258 points. At the same time, the phone managed to score 818 in a single-core test on Geekbench and 2,316 in multi-core test. Even after unwanted apps, the Realme UI 3.0 was very smooth and the experience on the user interface was fun with a refresh rate of 90 Hz.

The gaming performance of the phone was also very good. Call of Duty: ‘Medium’ graphics and ‘very high’ frame rate in mobile phones went on without any hassle. There was no decrease in performance even on increasing graphics settings. Asphalt 9: Legends were crashing repeatedly for some reason. So I tried Real Racing 3 instead, which went quite smoothly.

Realme
To check the battery life, I passed Realme 9 Pro+ through a video loop test, and it lasted for 23 hours 36 minutes, which is quite a good thing. I was able to run it for one and a half days, using light gaming and camera with simple use. This battery backup is considered good for mid-range devices. Charging was very fast. With the help of 60W charger, the phone ranged from zero to 80 percent in only 30 minutes and was full charge in 50 minutes.

Realme 9 Pro+ Cameras

Talking about the camera department of the phone, it comes with a 50 -megapixel primary camera, along with optical image stabilization. It has no common lens, but a Sony IMX766 lens which is only Oppo Reno 7 Pro And OnePlus 9RT Get in smartphone. In addition, the rear module also has an 8-megapixel ultra wide angle lens and 2 megapixel macro lens. For selfie, the phone has a 16 -megapixel camera sensor.
img20220214150438
img20220214173739
img20220210154243
The camera app is similar to the rest of the reality phone but some light changes are seen. This time, the frame rate selector for the timer and video for the photo is placed in the three dot menu. Like all smartphones running on Android 12, it also shows a green dot near the status icon, which suggests that the camera is current in background or fourground. It is a privacy protection feature.

The phone clicked the photo in day-light with sharpness and good dynamic range. Saturation appeared more in HDR. Potit shots taken from front and rear cameras came with quite sharp and good details. Edge detection was also excellent.

img20220210153214
Photos taken from ultra wide angle camera were better than expected. He was not as sharp as a primary camera, but the dynamic range was good and barrel distortion was very low. Photos taken from the macro camera were also good.
img20220210153217
In low light, the phone automatically keeps the shutter open for one second, so that more and more lights can come in. This was happening without turning on AI mode. With the help of its optical image stabilization, photos taken in low light, even auto mode were quite sharp and the dynamic range was also very good. On clicking photos in night mode, details came more. A street mode has been given in the camera app, with the help of which you can also click scenes like lights on a street or road on the road. This feature was also in the previous ritime phones but impressed me very much without trying to keep it stable or without a tripod it captured long exposure shots.
img20220210194906
img20220210194434
Talking about video recording, the videos recorded on 1080p were fine, but not received sharpness as expected. The 4K footage recorded on 30fps was good, but there was a lack of stability. The result was the same in low light.

Verdict

Looking at Realme 9 Pro+ and 9 Pro, you will feel that the specifications of both are the same, but from their hardware it is clear that both come here in different categories.

The Realme 9 Pro starts at Rs 17,999 and the refresh rate of the display is 120Hz. It has a 5,000mAh battery and has a 64 -megapixel primary camera, which looks better than the on paper Reality 9 Pro Plus. While Realme 9 Pro+ has an AMOLED display, which shows deep black. This phone has 60W fast charging support and a better primary camera sensor with OIS. In this sense, it can be said that both are created for different audiences. The Reality 9 Pro is made keeping in mind the Pro gamers, while 9 Pro+ is for users who are fond of photography.

At this price point Xiaomi 11i Best Value for Money proves to be a little better hardware. Other than this Xiaomi 11i Hypercharge Is, with which 120W charging is available. OnePlus Nord Ce There is another option that is in this price range and gives a good camera and clean software experience. OnePlus Nord CE 2 is soon to be replaced by OnePlus Nord CE.

Realme 9 Pro+ may not get too much aggressive specifications, but in some areas this phone proves itself better. One of these is OIS as well as a flagship level primary camera, which performs amazing in day light as well as low-light. The MediaTek Dimensity 920 processor given in the phone is also very strong. Realme UI 3.0, which comes with Android 12, gives highly smooth experience. The battery life of the phone is also good and keeping all these things in mind, Realme 9 Pro+ proves to be a solid value for money device.

Design of Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 11S Redmi Note 11T 5G Which was the first smartphone of the Redmi 11 series. The company launched it a few months ago in the same price range. However, a quad camera setup is available in the Redmi Note 11S. Apart from the 108 megapixel main sensor, this phone has an 8 -megapixel ultravide camera, 2 megapixel depth sensor and 2 megapixel macro lens. The phone has a 16-megapixel front camera fitted into the hole-panch cutout. A chrome ring is given above the lens.

Redmi Note 11S The design is not going to attract too much. Its white and blue color variants may look slightly different, but the black unit I have, its color looks quite faded. Despite having a matte finish, stains and dust start to appear easily on it. The body of the phone is made of plastic, but a good feel comes when holding in the hand. As usual, Xiaomi has not only given IR Emitter, as well as a headphone jack, which is a good thing.

The phone has a 6.43-inch Full-HD Plus (FHD+) AMOLED display. This Note 11T is better than 5G, with the LCD panel. The refresh rate is 90Hz and peak brightness is 1000 nits. Blacks look more deep than the OLED panel, the color gamut becomes wide, which makes the video experience good. The phone has stereo speakers, which has now become an essential feature for most Redmi smartphones.

Redmi Note 11S has MediaTek Helio G96 processor, which we Realme 8i I was also seen in. Other than this Realme Narzo 50 I also get to see the same processor. The processor is built on the old 12Nm fabrication process, so on the pages it is not as much power efficient as recent MediaTek Dimensity or Qualcomm processors. It can also be underestimated than the Snapdragon 732G of Redmi Note 10 Pro. However, this processor comes in the powerful chip count and you have to wait for its review to learn more about its performance.

The price of 6GB RAM of Redmi Note 11S and 64GB storage variants is priced at Rs 16,499 in India. At the same time, its 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant has been launched for Rs 17,499, and the top end variant with 8GB RAM + 128GB storage for Rs 18,499.

The device has a dedicated microSD card slot, with the help of which storage can be increased. It has a 5000mAh capacity battery and also has 33W fast charging support. Charger of so capacity is also available in the retail box. The phone has an IP53 rating for dust and water registration. In addition, it comes with side mounted fingerprint sensor. The phone runs on MIUI 13 based on Android 11.

In this short time, the building quality of the phone is good according to what I used Redmi Note 11S. The design does not draw, but may not make much difference after the case. It is a matter of consideration for me how the Redmi Note 11S can fit in the current lineup of the company. We know that Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G The launch of the phone is fixed and the phone has been introduced in the global market. In India, this phone can be launched as Redmi Note 11E. If you are seeking a 4G onlly Redmi smartphone, then Redmi Note 10 Pro There is still a good option, which is equipped with better features than Redmi Note 11S.

I cannot tell my final decision until the testing of Redmi Note 11S is completed, so stay with Gadgets 360 to know the full review.
